A clinic with a friendly and efficient team of receptionists, nurses and support staff. We can even have our blood taken on-site. The doctors are patient experienced and never rush, they truly care for their patients. The focus always on getting the right outcome. We were so fortunate to find the practice. Thank you

Great family clinic. A lot of seats in waiting room and parking out front. We’ve been with Dr Francis for 2yrs and each visit is professional, thorough, she listens, takes notes and we trust her completely. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is a busy clinic so waiting time occurs sometimes, as with most medical appointments. Pathology service onsite, handy instead of going to another facility. Pharmacy in same block of shops (short stroll around the block).

Bundilla Clinics is the best. We came from another doctor after so many issues involving our children (it was horrible) and I was very untrusting. We have seen multiple doctors at the Bundilla Clinic and all have been professional, caring and thorough. Our main Doctor is Toby Catlin, he is really good, he takes the time to teach not just give information. He is especially good with children.

Wonderful staff who are caring and dedicated to patient care. They always provide quality service and support and exceptional health care!

Really friendly receptionist team (which I find quite rare in GP practices) and doctors like Dr Courtney who really take the time with you and make you feel heard (also find this rare with GP doctors). Definitely recommend!

Bundilla Clinic is a wonderful Dr’s surgery. I always know I will be looked after by the Doctors, receptionists, and the clinic nurse when I need to visit. Have been a patient of the clinic for a long time and are always listened to and treated with care and understanding by my Dr. My adult children are also patients of this clinic and would definitely recommend it to people of all ages!

I have attended Bundilla Clinicfor 5yrs mostly seeing Dr Robert Roche who is very experienced and empathic. Dr Tsang and Dr Francis were astute and effective during my recent spell of ill health. The reception staff are caring with good time management.

I have been seeing Toby for years now and he is by far the most invested Dr I have seen. He has always listened to my needs and concerns and investigates and actions these straight up. I was seeing him at Brightwater medical and was lost without him when he moved away but when I heard through other clients he was back and at Bundilla medical I was so relieved I didn’t have to see other DR’s as Toby knows my history well and has always given me the time and experience expected from a Dr. I always leave feeling good, my concerns met, he goes out of his way to help and support and I don’t feel rushed out the door where I have felt with other DR’s and I forget to tell the DR the concerns I went there for. I look forward to going to the Dr with Toby and really appreciate how real and raw he is as a person and a professional. He is a wonderful professional to have as part of your team and makes the experience of going to the Dr an enjoyable one.

Lovely receptionist even let us know our doctor was running 30 mins late instead of the regular surgeries just letting you sit there. Had time to go get a coffee whilst waiting.

Excellent service today from Dr Toby Caitlin. He is both a pharmacist and a GP and is very helpful discussing medications.

Very informative and invested Dr's (I've seen Dr Sang & Dr Catlin). Both super thorough and take the time to go through and explain everything

In my personal experience i would not recommend going to Mrs. Miller or generally.
Receptionist and Doctor were both pretty unfriendly and seemed annoyed, not a nice way to approach and help people.

I wanted to know the cause, treatment and further test i could do if the blood test didnt help me further. Left unfortunately with not much Support and Knowledge. It felt like they didnt valued my concern enough, to have a proper assessment.

No thank you. Not coming back again!

Big fan of this place. I have a great doctor who's prepared to think outside the box, explains well and makes good referrals. The clinic has a pathology and a nurse clinic which is really convenient for taking blood tests, getting injections etc
