Bundall Mitre 10

Thank you Luke from mitre 10 bundall for his excellent service with our whipper snipper. I would recommend mitre 10 bundall for all hardware supplies.

I like shopping there.it has quite a good range at fair prices. Unlike Bunnings there is nearly always someone that is happy to help with advice

I wanted to buy Baracuda 5L Algaecide. Bunning have it in stock available for $32.95 and Mitre 10 Bundall have exactly the same product at $43.98. I called and asked whether they are competitive and offer price match and they suggest they will check. Then I was told they can not price match as the product is not in stock at Bunnings, I suggested that it is available at local Nerang store (Aile 40, Bay 3) and they just hung up on me. Very uunprofessional.

So I called back and they then suggested they do not offer a price match policy at all and are not willing to be competitive on exactly the same product. If a store can not be competitive they will not survive long term.

Summary: Not competitive. Do not shop there, go straight to Bunnings.

Worst Mitre 10 I’ve been to. Went in today Sunday. Slovenly woman sitting behind the counter seemed put out when I asked her where the mulch was. Just grunted ‘over there’. The shop was all over the place. I walked out and went to Bunnings

Staff are great. Small store. We go there first, but if they don't have what we need, we are forced to go to Bunnings.

Always happy to help and very knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me find the rubber seal I needed for my toilet. It was so easy to repair once I had the correct product.

First time visiting 'the other hardware store'. Not busy at all. Counter staff were just ok. Only one guy greeted in store. Another guy was vaping out the front when I left.

The customer service at this store is exceptional, we had ordered a product at a different mitre 10, went to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else. I immediately called this Southport store and Luke on the front desk was incredible and had solved my problem within the hour! He was extremely friendly and helpful and we will only be shopping here from now on!

The staff are so helpful and pleasant, the range of products is great, and the prices are very competitive.

We always great service from Mitre 10. The range is not as broad but it is such a contrast from the standard poor service at Bunnings.

Massive selection great location but you might need maps 5o find it, staff went out of their way to help 5 stars

Great service. Needed an electric mower. Rang up and they put one aside for when I arrived. They carried it to my car without having to ask. Just nice pleasant service.

Older school vibe with the old school custom service. One employee was echoing my toddlers babble having a great time with him. I typically go here before Bunnings.

This is the second time we have been fortunate enough to visit, and purchase, from this shop. The first time we were wonderfully assisted by lovely young ladies, and this time, on Saturday the 16th July, we were assisted by two, very caring, fun loving men, when we purchased two Hills Clothes Airers. All of these people are great ambassadors for their company.
As a retired Builder, of over 30 years experience, on the Gold Coast, I felt like I was in Heaven looking at the extensive range of hardware that was available from this store. So much bigger that in looks from outside.

Called Mitre 10 Bundall and was put on hold straight away, 15 minutes later someone answers (I was simply asking for a drill bit) and the guy on the phone said “no I’m not really sure, can’t help you sorry, we’re all independently owned” couldn’t tell me which alternative mitre 10 stores had them and just ended the call.

Bought a Yardforce self propelled mower back in May from Mitre10 Bundall and have had nothing but problems with it. I took it back to them a few months ago and they said they fixed the problem only to get home and oil still leaking everywhere and now it's not running properly. I took it back again and they are refusing to deal with the issues saying its not there problem and I'll have to take it to a mower shop to be fixed!
It's no wonder why people prefer to shop at Bunning, at least they stand by there products and offer an exchange when the product is clearly faulty.

Mitre 10 was the only store that stocked required item on the Gold Coast, although service was poor as the attendants were more interested in Facebook than customers.

Bunnings didn't have what I needed. Super cheap didn't have what I needed. Mitre 10 Bundall had it and the boys were so helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent customer service. The lady brought pool salt out to my car as I had two young children with me. I didnt even have to ask for her help. Been here plenty of
times and always had instant help to locate an item and advice. A breath of fresh air compared with larger hardware stores. They stock almost everything. Super convenient and prices are similar to Bunnings.
