Bundaberg Visitor Information Centre reviews
25 I was looking at 3 different dates to take my family on the Mon Repos turtle experience. The website booked and charged me for all of them, so I called to cancel two.
As we were on our way to Bundy, I called to confirm our booking. Sure enough, there had been a mix up and our planned night had been booked out.
I was assisted by an exceptionally helpful girl named Allanah, who contacted various people, despite it being to weekend, and was eventually able to rebook us for the following evening.
Without the amazing customer service that I was provided, my kids would have been in tears and our special holiday weekend would have been a disaster. I think the website for bookings might need a little work though.
It was nice. The only thing it wasn't nice finding the Information centre it was too difficult, should be a nice easy way to get to
We are new to the area so I called in to find out what is around the area. Alana was extremely helpful, full of enthusiasm and genuine love of the area. Other staff were also helpful.
Thanks for making it a great experience.
Fantastic service. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Also very reasonably priced souvenirs. Highly recommended this place for information around Bundaberg. Thanks guys

Louisa was extremely helpful, welcoming and informative. I was advised on some great locations to check out.
I went on a Sunday night, so not the best time, cos they were shut. But the location is awful. In a heavy industrial area with a busy and noisy factory nearby. Why would a city choose to show visitors its rear end first?
Thank you to the lovely gentleman who helped us Friday afternoon. Your recommendations were spot on, strawberry ice cream perfect, loved the Bundaberg ginger beer tastings & the walk to the Turtle centre was great.
We also found the Bundaberg shuttle bus an excellent service, made a great difference to getting around an area we didn’t know. John was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The worker Kim, could not do enough for me. She was so knowledgeable, very helpful. Picked me well with regard to my interests. Thank you
Friendly staff. Although we found there was not a lot of paper material, but talking to staff you found out things.
Visit here before going to rum Distillery. They also have much better fridge magnets. They also had some great recommendations.
I was surprised at the lack of assistance provided by staff. Lots of brochures available, including for other towns in the region.
I was traveling around Bunderberg and got some nice hints for exploring the area and booked a Mon Repos tour even when it was booked out.
Really friendly and knowladgable staff. I like a good walk but the only thing I really don't understand why you would ever place your tourist information center this far out of town.
Good customer service. Was a bit hard to find as they had moved since thed ladt yime we were in Bundaburg
One of the best info centres I have visited. Staff uniforms represent not just the area but acknowledges the indigenous as well. They also sell locally grown produce and products. This centre puts Brisbane to shame
Sehr gute Beratung zur Stadt Bunderberg. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommenden.
Information I needed for friends was readily available and I was assisted by friendly personnel whilst there. Always a pleasure
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of information on places up and down the coast as well as local attractions.
