I purchased a Velodyne dd15+ subwoofer from Glen and the team and have never looked back. Great service and very helpful people. Will be approaching them when i get the upgrade bug. I have been into home theatre since the early days of Pro Logic and these guys are very highly recommended. Subwoofer still going strong. Hope you guys are keeping well Glen. Went to a couple of different places before finding these guys, others offered services which i required but this business is the only one who actually does what they advertise, and the service eas excellent, thank you

Bundaberg Home Theatre installed a complex high quality audio system throughout our house. The team was highly professional, courteous and friendly and above all extremely helpful. We are delighted with the system and the advice we received when we were choosing it. Then after installation they were happy to come to our house to teach us how to overcome any problems we had operating the system.
Over a year later, we were the beneficiaries of their after sales service. We began to experience problems with one of our components (a Cyrus CD player/Amp). When we contacted Bundaberg Home Theatre there wasn't the slightest hesitation on their part. They lent us a replacement and took up our case with a reluctant distributor who first claimed the warranty had expired but eventually responded with a repair. When this also proved faulty another successful battle was taken up on our behalf for a replacement unit. This process was repeated on two further occasions with units failing. At last, when the Cyrus distributor refused to respond further, Bundaberg Home Theatre gave us their own display unit which we are pleased to say is working perfectly. Thus, Bundaberg Home Theatre absorbed the replacement cost for the unit themselves.
Although this process sounds traumatic it was the exact opposite for us. However, we doubt it could have been so stress free for the team at Bundaberg Home Theatre. From the early stages, we were reassured that they were prepared to replace the Cyrus units with another brand if we wanted to do so. However, we were reluctant to do this as we loved the sound we had with our system and also liked the styling of the Cyrus units. Never, at any stage was the stress they encountered dealing on our behalf transferred to us. They remained helpful, friendly and above all professional.
This whole episode has underlined for us the advantages of dealing with professionals when you are seeking quality audio.

Highly professional outfit. Our new home theatre system is awesome. Very happy with the advice given and the quality of the components. The complex installation went well with the team arriving at the early time advised and working non-stop during the day. If you dislike high pressure sales types and prefer to rely on facts and practical demonstration then I recommend Tony and his staff without reservation. We have been in the district about 18 months and prefer to shop locally. Very happy to find this quality of service and competence in Bundaberg. Congratulations guys!
