Went 1st time and they were good so we ordered some iron from them.
Just thought we would try somewhere other than Bunnings

We went back to order other things need to finish the job.
This time it was terrible couldn’t have been more annoyed at us being there.
One bloke verbally crabby that he was even at work.
Points his finger and says over there.
There’s a lot over there and we couldn’t find what we were looking for.
We had someone else help us find it.
We ordered it to be delivered with our first order.
Lady at the check out couldn’t have been more rude when we asked about a varnish we wanted.
Not her area apparently and not willing to find us someone who’s area it was.
We left the varnish and went to Bunnings to purchase it.
We rang 2 weeks later asking for an update on our delivery products and was told they would deliver when the got it.
The bloke had to be prompted to look into it for us.
Still don’t know when it will arrive
also realised that they gave us no paperwork at all for our delivery purchase.
Not good enough
Never will I shop here again

Hopeless service. Put phone order through, didn't tell me that they couldn't fill the order. Paying plumber to wait for parts now. Bunnings better option

I went in to purchase some heavy garden supplies, which I knew I would struggle with. Turned out it was no problem at all - a lovely member of staff loaded it all on a trolley for me and even took it out and put it in my car. Whenever I've visited it's been the same - wonderful customer service delivered with a smile and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Thanks again, Mitre 10!

Staff always do there best to help
Once again I've been here and once again the staff were on the ball and helpful

Bought paint and supplies for our house. Was given helpful assistance with paint colour we wanted. Staff also asked if we had all the necessary supplies so we didn't need to do necessary trips back. Even helped us take the stuff to our car. Great work.

I bought a mower and in the first 20 minutes the engine started to fail I checked the oil and the fuel it was all good but the mower was disappointing don’t buy from miter 10

Yesterday I visited the store to get plants from the nursery section. I was greeted at the door by 2 staff members. As I walked through the store any staff member I passed gave me a cheery goodmorning. I purchased quite a few punnets of plants but couldn't find a basket or trolley. I approached a staff member he was very apologetic and helped me carry my goods to the checkout.
This kind of service leaves you feeling good and I will certainly go back.

Friendly staff, may not have the range of that "other hardware store" but still a good range. Central location and rewards makes them worth a visit.

This particular Mitre 10 store surprised me with the quantity and variety of stock. The specials bins are right at the checkout for a quick squiz. Staff are more than helpful.

Went into this store and ordered out of a catalogue 4 metal cabinets. We will give you a call when they arrive. Month later, still nothing. Went back into the store and asked a staff member if there was any word on supply yet. His response. "Have you had a phone call from us.no.well it's not it then" and proceeded to walk away. Hang on second mate. Can you please check if there is an eta. Went off and spoke to another staff member only to be told that sorry we can't get them. We did call a couple of people. Well, you didn't call us. I understand that stock is hard to get at the moment. No issue with that.
The level of customer service at this store is atrocious.
I wish this was the first time I've had an issue with customer service at this store.

A little more expensive than I thought, but still a good place to visit and buy your diy stuff.

Not only was the woman on the phone uneducated on products, she fluffed us around for 20 minutes, even though we had the item number ect. We went to Total tools instead. Left a Facebook review and mitre10 reported me for human exploitation to avoid having a negative review on their page and I'm now banned from Facebook for a month. So ridiculous and unprofessional. Spent thousands on tools converting everything I own to cordless and brushless power tools for the trade.lack of customer service is not usually an issue when I already research my product each time.but this was ridiculous, I just wanted it ready for pickup as it was 4pm already and apparently that's not ok, I have to wait for them to call me.not to mention the price was cheaper on their website but I really didn't care. I needed the item as I was mid project

I like this store very much, in the new mitre 10 rewards, I believe you get $0.03 for every dollar you spend, and the staff here I just wonderful. They are always very helpful, and me provide personalised discounts when reasonable.
Because of all of this is my place to shop.

Bought EGO battery powered mower. Mower wasn't any good which EGO replaced and told me the mower we bought in 2021 was a 2018 model. Not happy at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BE WARNED.

Excellent store to pick up hardware for diy jobs. I bought some plumbing stuff to install a new taps. Staff were helpful.

A good hardware store a few yards from Hinkler Central. It has a fair range of stock and the best thing about the store is that it has staff that are willing to help.

Disappointing because we would have liked to buy local not at the big chain mobs all the time. However, its was not well stocked and advertised specials not available. Staff disappointing on the day we were there as well.
