I was leaving to go overseas for a month at the end of May. I live on the Gold Coast, and had to be at the airport for my flight by 11am in Brisbane. Having a light breakfast and was feeling nervous enough, but bit down on a wholegrain and broke a large piece off my back tooth. My husband frantically tried to get an urgent appointment on the GC, to no avail. He finally found a 10: 00am appointment at this practice. (only because of a recent cancellation!) Thankfully all packed, but a nervous dash up the M1 had us arriving right on time.
I can’t remember the lovely dentist’s name, but he calmed my nerves and fixed my tooth in record time. Thank you! He and his staff were super friendly and professional. Can’t recommend highly enough! If I lived in the area, I would definitely recommend this practice. Back home after a fantastic trip which I have Smile Perfection to thank for!

I have been seeing Doctor Eric for approximately 5 years and he is just the best. The ladies at reception to the dental assistants are very obliging.

Dr Kitty Chow explained the processes and the costs and involved me in the decision making of my treatment. Pain free and a comfortable treatment. Dr Eric and the team at Smile Perfection Dental Bulimba have been so wonderful to our family. We have a six year old who has NEVER let a dentist clean her teeth because she is so fearful. Dr Mei was the first dentist ever that made her feel so comfortable that she was able to give her a professional clean!
Dr. Eric Sham completed the second phase of implants for me (the first phase was completed by my periodontist in Melbourne) and I was a little nervous to have someone new complete the work. Eric was so professional as well as kind and compassionate. He thoroughly explained the entire process beforehand, as well as while the work was actually being completed (there were no surprises). He made sure that I was comfortable and pain-free during the entire procedure. I am so pleased with my completed crowns!

Dr Sham is an excellent dentist and I would and have recommend him to family and friends. Knowledgeable, experienced, gentle and kind, he puts me at ease and gives me the info I need and want. Even though we no longer live in Bulimba, I still come to Bulimba Dental for the best service.
