Have bought two excellent products (cot and portacot) from Bubs n Grubs. Great service and quick shipping, as well as excellent quality goods at the best price.
I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm now a multiple purchaser at Bubs n Grubs online store! Their range is excellent, their prices can't be beaten and their communication is above and beyond. I've never had a single issue and have referred a number of friends to their website!
10/10 would and have recommended and it will continue to be my go-to bub store!

I have had a very good experience so far with them.their items were very appropriately priced and their deliveries were always on time.i found that it pays to browse their website if you are looking for a bargain as there are always discounted items available. Their website might need little refresh but other than that i am a very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work.
Warning! Product not delivered late October no notice…. Refund process pathetic and threatening to take legal action for informing people and making online reviews

Buy beware! They sell a good product for an affordable price, but have poor customer service and dubious terms that may be unlawful.
I ordered a product early October and the website advised of delays due to Covid, and to check the ETAs for delivery. My ETA dispatch date was "Mid October" which was fine so I placed my order.
Come mid October, I hadn't heard anything so enquired about delivery. The team advised that they don't communicate directly with customers, and that they expect customers to look up the product on their website to check if the delivery ETA has changed. I though this seemed like a shady customer comms approach, but checked and the ETA had shifted to "Mid November".
In Mid November I checked the site again and the ETA had updated to "Late December". This was too late so I asked for a refund. I needed the product sooner than late December and wasn't willing to risk a late December dispatch. I can pick up the same product down the road at another store who confirmed they had it in stock.
The customer service team told me they don't give refunds and that as I had agreed to the sale given their terms, I was not entitled for a full refund OR exchange for a product of a similar model in stock. (I suggested another colour or fabric but the response was simply "We have given you your options"). They then suggested that as a token they would offer me 80% refund.not good enough!
I initially felt bad for the company given the tough times we're in, but their approach was terrible and potentially unlawful. I haven't heard of any other company not offering refunds on products that have indefinite delivery dates continuously pushed back.
Anyway, I needed time to think about things and raised my concerns with the ACCC to see what my rights were.however during this time (just a few days) my product arrived! It was a miracle! I am unsure what happened given I was told I was not getting the product until late December and they were adamant not to give me another model?
Happy to have my product but disappointed in the whole ordeal and am never purchasing again from Bubs n Grubs.
Highly recommend Bubs and Grubs. Far better range than chain competitors and it has the rare combination of excellent service (ask for Claire) and great prices. Worth the visit. Parking out the front is super easy too.

Love Bubs n Grubs! Not only do they offer great products, their prices are always far lower than their competitors, and the customer service is incredible! I stumbled upon their website by accident, but they've quickly become my favourite store for all things baby, I'll be coming back again and again
Why on earth would you buy here with horrible customer service when you can buy at Baby bunting or any other baby shop, in my personal opinion. We were given a double up gift of a brand new item, never been opened, not even the shipping wrapping and there is nothing they can do about it. Pathetic!
Claire was friendly, down to earth and greatly assisted in choosing the perfect car seat for our our small car. What we didn't realise is the one we wanted online wouldn't fit! Definitely coming back to get more baby goods from this store.
