I have finally found a wonderful Doctor who is kind, understanding & very patient Dr Ali Gilani, the reception staff are also extremely helpful.

Very happy with my full skin check up, on time and very understanding Dr and clean and tidy clinic and friendly receptionist.

Dr Ali is one of the of the most helpful GPs I've had. He's really thorough and has a wide range of knowledge. Highly recommend him.

We’ve been coming to this practice for a few years. We really appreciate Dr Ali & Dr Ruha - thorough examinations with follow up and schedules are on time. The nurses we’ve met have been wonderful. The pathology clinic on site is very handy.

Thorough skin check. Felt very comfortable, it was a professional service and the dr seemed very knowledgeable.

Attended the surgery this morning. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. I saw Dr Ali and he couldn’t have been more thorough. Definitely deserves five stars! Thank you.

On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming. Beautiful smiles. Very professional n friendly. I was having a skin check today. My Doctor was very easy to understand n explained all the procedures available to me. I was that comfortable n relaxed I transferred my history to this medical centre. Dr Basha is a wonderful doctor and a lovely person. I find all the staff wonderful and the doctors are very caring. I highly recommend this medical centre.

Dr Ali was friendly, thorough, happy to answer other health related questions and was on time. The staff were friendly too.

First visit for a skin check. I went in right on time. The doctor was lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. Bulk billing was a big bonus. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

The doctors and nurses are all lovely no issues there. The receptionists however have been disappointing/unhelpful on multiple accounts now. One time they said they'd email through a referral from my doc, they never did. Another time I approached the desk, the clinic was empty but they kept their heads down looking on their computers for a bit before actually looking up, and acknowledging that I was there.
I tried to call back twice after an appt as my doc had accidentally given me a single day med cert instead of a multi-day one as discussed as I was sick for 2 days.
The receptionist said no they won't look into correct it as backdating is illegal. But I wasn't wanting to backdate my actual appointment date on the med cert (which is illegal). I told the receptionist I was sick both days and had discussed it with my doc who said "ok I'll give you a med cert for yesterday and today. " She just kept saying backdating is illegal no mater what I said and I can speak to my doc if I like, I said yes and then asked when I could do that, she said they're all booked up today.aka you'll have to book another new appt another time.
I ended up having to go elsewhere and that medical clinic were more than happy to give me a multi-day med cert for today and yesterday because multi-day med certs are not illegal. Just want others to be aware to get everything you need and make sure it's correct while in your appt with your doc, as the receptionist/s may not help, they don't seem to care at all, will try to get you to book another appointment if any errors are made and seem to think multi-day med certs are illegal.

This best clinic in the suburb. Al doctors and staffs are very caring and friendly.
They always try to do their best to help the patients. Specially Dr Aslam and Dr Jo are the best They are very caring nice and very supportive. They listen to u and try hard to give U the right treatment ️All receptionists are very lovely and well behaved

Have come to this clinic a few times and always feel very comfortable and welcome. The dr i saw was Basha Hussein who was super nice and friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him.

Front line staff are wonderful the inly thing was havin to full in the new customer form prior to the visit i did do there online form thru hotdoc so dble handling in the paper work system and fix ur online paperwork system saying sometimes it works and sometimes ot doent is not impressive.not sure bout the doctor I seen basha he was like unmotivated, took a while before he came in to consult and when he did took a minute to right out a prescription never did a Close up exam etc like he didn't want to speak to u pretty my first time as well to this practice did not feel he was even interested in anything I had to say

Booked an iron infusion a week and a half in advance, get to the appointment to be sat in a room for half an hour until the doctor finally came in and told me they didn’t have the supplies for it.doctor immediately left the room after

The dr asked me about my diebetes as that is on file and this was not the reason for my visit. When I told him why I was there, he ignored my concern and tried to direct the problem to diebetes even though I was telling him I wasting getting the symptoms he was showing me.
When I did thank him for his time regardless he simply ignored me.

Not very impressed at all. Need a dr that listens and cares
