Great service by Dr. Prasanthie Rupasinghe. The whole family goes to Dr. Prasanthie, she is excellent.

I have been a patient of Dr Reggie Ba - Pe for around 12 months. I have complex health issues and I require regular/ continued care. I highly recommend Dr Reggie, he is an amazing doctor who takes the time to get to know me as a “person” as well as a “patient”. Dr Reggie has been understanding, non-judgmental and friendly each time I have seen him. I have also had amazing care from Nurse Emma on a regular basis. Nurse Emma has treated me with kindness and empathy and has always been professional and a pleasure to deal with. I find the receptionists/ admin staff are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your ongoing care Dr Reggie and his team at Browns Plains Family Practice.

I’ve been attending browns plains family practice for over 20 years, my family Gp Dr Reggie Ba-pe is an absolute godsend. He is one of the most caring and attentive doctors you’ll come across. Never had any issues with the Practice and I always recommend my friends to pop in if they ever need 5 star medical care!

I thought it to B extremely busy but it was a Monday & I didn’t have an appointment & did wait but I’d of waited longer in ED
I was greeted with respect at reception, The 2 nurses were quick to respond & respectful one in particular was very understanding and went above and beyond to meet my needs, they were busy but she still made time for me
Lady Dr had time for me to, appreciated her seeing me
It’s like a mini emergency department which really impressed me

Busy practice and the receptionists are always dealing with clients either by phone or in person. Occasionally a client will be plainly unhappy (it’s a medical centre so not necessarily where you go to party) and takes it out on the staff but I’ve always found the staff to be professional and to treat me and each person they deal with politely and compassionately. I’ve been using the B/Plains Family Practice for over 10 years and would recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience with Dr Kadiatou Diabagate. Very rude, no empathy or sympathy towards patients. Instead of addressing the issue she makes fun out of it, didn't get any kind of help Instead caused mental trauma. Saw her multiple times but everytime she disappointed us. What a waste of time, energy and money

Worst doctors consultation ever. Didn't want to touch me to ascertain what my rash was and spent so much time answering the phone.on the first ring and entering details into the computer. Definitely won't be back.

I had the absolute worst experience with Dr Kadiatou Diabagate. Being quite sick and not being able to visit her face to face, I was told by her to book an in person appointment, to which I said “I can’t drive myself anywhere” and she said “catch public transport or Uber”. Me not being able to leave the bed aside, why on earth would I catch public transport and get everyone else sick?
During the whole phone conversation she was dismissive, rude and there was no compassion. She did not give me any medications or any medical advice and hung up the phone whilst I was talking to her. There’s absolutely no duty of care with this doctor.
What a waste of money (even bulk-billed) that was, in addition to being traumatised and to an extent verbally abused by her first thing in the morning when I’m sick in bed.

Would not recommend seeing speaking to Dr Kadiatou about anything if it’s serious. Very unprofessional, and rude. She literally told me to talk to another doctor about a certain medication because she didn’t know if it was safe to use during pregnancy like hello am I not speaking to a doctor? Where are they getting their medical licenses?

1st visit for flu symptoms & stomach bug in & out within 5 to 10 minutes no checking anything just ask questions subscribe something l can’t remember & hydrolite. Flu got worse turned into an throat infection so returned. 2nd visit the same subscribed antibiotics no repeats finished those still sick. Go to different doctors test blood pressure listen to chest check temperature & looks at throat. Ends up subscribing a stronger dose of antibiotics. Fingers crossed this gets me better if not I knock which doctor I’ll see next time

Went there last week. In and out with the Dr within 2 mins… very poor response and careless Dr. Didn’t let me talk and listen to my concerns. Straight away given antibiotics without doing any further investigation, till I asked for a test to be done at least…. Next day when the results came back, the Dr said oh you don’t need antibiotics and you can stop it now! As there was something else.and I’ve tried to explain to him but didn’t let me talk!
Never going back again there. Poor and careless Dr.

Always friendly, and as fast as they possibly can go. It is a busy surgery. Doctor Reggie is saint. Very caring and patient. Have been going to this surgery since it first opened. Highly recommend.

This would have to be the worst medical center I have ever been to, wrong times have been booked. Now been told that the doctor is late and no one is allowed in. Save your time and go somewhere else. Don't trust these doctors, very bad.

I was in pain at that time but when I arrived after registration with your receptionist, few seconds I was called by your GP for check up because my buttocks was very sore especially when I’m walking, he gave me the prescription then I bought it then intake the medication right away after 10 minutes gradually relieved my pains from buttocks and my right groin. Thank God!

Couldn't give less than one star doctors are always late wouldn't give my medical details out to me when requested etc just not a good practice to go to Dr suresh is the worst one for it I waited almost an hour to be seen and he didn't even show up for work

Front reception was lovely.
Having been under the weather for a while, I wanted to investigate further as to why I have been generally unwell. The appointment felt rushed, and I was never asked follow up questions, despite providing information.
I'm sure Dr Mahmood was able to diagnose my conditions relatively promptly with the years of experience, however, I would have appreciated a more comprehensive new patient examination.

So terrible experience. I was see it new Gp Dr Mahmood Nekooee. I ask about my result for diabetes.i had family history too. He didn't look at me just writing on computer. He said You are normal. Didn't say my level number. Nothing explains about results. And he said that you didn't have to blood test open and see us every 1year. I was wondering how much my level so ask him for printing my results so keeping my files. He say we won't doing it. OMG. Its all about see him for 2min.
I never see him again.

Today we have been for emergency for our little one. The RN ms Keelan was amazing and warm.thank you very much for great care.

My family and I moved to this practice quite some years ago and have been seeing Dr Reggie Ba Pe.
He has been absolutely amazing and really takes the time to listen to what you need to say and never brushes anything off. 5 starts from us doc. Reception are lovely also and Margaret needs to be commended for her friendly helpful patient service.

Got recommend this practice from ED to see GP within 12 hours. So call them, rejected by receptionist. Understand that they are fully booked. But tone of voice was not nice and hang up the phone before I finish my sentence. Rude.
