I came here 2 weeks ago for the new retainer because I broke the previous one which was made in the dental clinic overseas, spent 300$ on this retainer and it was missing one of my ended tooth, I was not aware of this is because my previous fully cover all my teeth, I came for looking for the explanation because this is not how it is supposed to be done as I was advised by the doctor who made my previous retainer, they told me they will contact me back, but until the moment I write this review, no one contact me, so that's okay, I pick this up as my lesson, I am not personally comeback there again, and strongly not recommend for anyone visit here for dental check.

I have been to this clinic for over ten year now. Dr Lin and his staff are well trained and always friendly. I had my wisdom teeth removed there and didn't have much bleeding. Dr Lin is excellent and professional and very patient. Always happy to go back. Highly recommended.

Seek Dr Lim if you want to be told it like it is, if you want a years-long relationship with a dentist who knows your case, and if you want the confidence that comes with 3 decades experience under his belt. Great work from the assistants too

He's not a dentist he's a butcher.
Plus they tell you 1 price while he looks into your mouth and then adds a surprise $50 charge on the way out with a poor excuse. He's dental licence should revoked, plus cheap material fillings fall off quickly.
They are the ones next to "Your Address" real estate and opposite " NAB".

Poor dental work. Do not recommend nor approve. As someone who was never tormented by the half yearly visits to a dental clinic, I have to say, this is one of the few times I’ve actually had an unpleasant experience.

Me and my partner have went and seen Dr Ying. She did a very good job, was understanding, gentle and took the time to explain everything before she did it. As someone who hadn't been to the dentist for 3 years she took the stress out of the visit.

Customer service good, however dentist put his opinion over mine, he established I had 2 wisdom tooth and that it need to removed. I told him well it's not causing me any pain so there is no need right now. He insisted I remove it, I kept saying no it's not causing me pain so I would rather leave it. It's looked as if he get mad because I was not trusting in his professional opinion. I said to him finish what your doing and I'll leave never to come back.

I had referred my teenage daughter to have her teeth checked because I was happy with your service on my teeth. How I regret that so much, my daughter left in tears running out and having to spit out what was in her mouth. She said she was given something like toothpaste and asked to spit out without having any water, and then told it was finished. She was spitting out blood from her gums and complaining of it being sore, and said that she felt you had slipped the drill while drilling or cleaning at the back of her mouth. She has never had a worse experience with dentist until now. Also your reception area needs to be cooler, it was so warm, and luckily the service didnt last long which is another thing I should question but I guess it was a blessing in disguise, not to stay their longer.

I have been a regular with Dr. Martin Lim for the past 5 years. I am 70 years of age and Dr. Lim has helped me to retain my original teeth and that includes several molars I had given up on. The Browns Plains practice has the latest equipment and he is particularly expert with the fitting of crowns.
