Very unprofessional and dishonest. Keratin product is useless and they also called and asked for more money the next day!

You could at least tell me that the job is incomplete so I could do the ironing part at home myself. Surely we had enough time for this conversation. I even asked what shampoo I should use and the answer was: sulfate free

Stop lying and start learning! I was never rude and was there for 2 hours. Why did you even give me appointment if I was rude? ! There was never mentioning if $20 extra! In my 10 time of doing keratin I never had such abusive experience!

You also need to learn how to handle groupon vouchers if you are advertising them. I gave you the code 3 times. You need to scan the QR code.

Even though I was late Frieda took the extra time to get my cut just right, and was so lovely throughout that she turned a stressful day into a great one. She knows what she's doing with thick curly long hair and I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful. Thank you Frieda, I'll definitely be back!

This place is falling apart. I had my first appointment in May and booked my next appointment for July, to get to the salon and find out the person who was going to do my hair had left the salon and no one could look after me- what a waste of time!

I found the whole experience wonderful. I am really happy with my cut and foils. Not only is Frieda clearly an expert when it comes to colouring/cutting/styling, but she also genuinely cares about her work and was so lovely, attentive and positive - a real gem. The feel of the salon and staff was relaxed and professional and I felt very comfortable at my first visit. 10/10 - I’ll be back for sure. Thank you!

I agree 5 stars is not enough, everything about this salon is incredible I walked out feeling a million dollars thank you so much. I have never seen a hairdresser work like Matthias my hair is amazing.

From the moment I walked in for a consultation, I was greeted and welcomed so warmly. Matthias and Louise took such good care of me and I immediately felt at home. When it came to my appointment time, Louise was up for a challenge with my hair and I could not be more in love with the result! Such a beautiful person and incredible hair stylist. I'm so grateful for what Louise has done to my hair!
Both Louise and Matthias are such a joy to be around and I'm so happy I found this salon! Thank you so much guys for making a big change so enjoyable.
