Good service and knowledgeable staff but you guys really need to find a way for patients to get through apart from your phone lines. It is next to impossible to get through to order and follow up and orders. Perhaps an app or another streamlined way to communicate with the pharmacy as this is becomign rather frustrating

Their customer service is top level, they are a lovely team who go out of their way to help. Always cheerful and welcoming.

I called yesterday the minute after they opened. I am quite vulnerable and ill. I was extremely anxious. How the lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly and informative. Its a new medication to me that required to be ordered. She answered my dozens of questions in the most delightful way. It was a lengthy phone call, which was no problem to her. I wish I could remember her name. She kept to her promise of sending through further information promptly. I found it really regreshing to be treated as a priority when I would assume she had a dozen business needs to attend to being that they had literally just opened.

Highly recommend this chemist for anyone that has complicated needs, a disability or mental health issues.

The staff are so caring and helpful. Could not recommend enough and so grateful for their help and guidance.

Genuine staff who care about their customers. Second time ordering and they make the process so easy and check in to make sure you're okay with the product and explain how to use it if you're new.

Great pharmacy, the amazing staff are so lovely, helpful and caring. Always get my orders super quick and great communication letting me know when my order comes in.

The pharmacy is located in centre of a modern/newly renovated multipurpose precinct.
Entering the pharmacy quickly gave me a feelings of a remote or rural township pharmacy.
I’m unsure if it’s just the colour of the lights they use, or the refreshment of having minimal visual marketing. The isles inside aren’t a rainbow of stickers fighting to steal your attention & money.

It’s likely that this rural town feel is seamlessly crafted by staff easily meeting standard customer service expectations, alongside a team of honest and undeniably hardworking staff that strive to meet genuine customer satisfaction.
The staff offer such a welcoming and supportive environment. It’s so disappointing to hear that they frequently get mistreated by customers.

Additionally, I personally love that this pharmacy opted for a visually open room layout. As it falls in line with my appreciation of their minimal investment to modern retail marketing and displays the cogs of the business.
(Obviously there are obstructions around sensitive material and information)

I would recommend this pharmacy to those in need of non-emergency medical & pharmaceutical information and assistance. Alongside those seeking a local, general pharmacy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, having a issue with prescription cannabis medication being delivered through Australia Post, was advised by the argorant staff working here that I delayed the package by making an enquiry as to why it was delayed.which makes aboustly no sense and contradictory of what I was told by Aus post on the phone.if you value your health don't go to this pharmacy.just take a look at some of the reviews from others this pharmacys staff has very poor customer service, expect to be mocked and patronised if you take your business here.

Broadbeach Waters Pharmacy and the team here are absolutely amazing and definitely the best pharmacy on the coast by far. They go above and beyond to cater for their patients and their care for their patients health and well being is like no other. They work all kinds of crazy hours just to ensure everyone is looked after, they are such a dedicated bunch and the service is fast and efficient.

Absolutely amazing service. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years now, they always make sure that I have scripts available. All the staff there work tirelessly on the new roll out of Medicinal Cannabis to make it accessible and easy to manage in the community!
Every single member of staff there goes above and beyond!

Took 13 days or 9 business buisness days to get my express order delivered I called after the first 6 days and was given very little info I asked if they where waiting on one of my 2 scripts and could
I pay for it seperate if one was there but the person wouldn’t even check for me
I am suffering from
Chronic pain and can bearly even leave the house I explained this and the person on the phone said they will make sure it comes soon
Then to top it or what ever company you use to deliver just left it in the mailbox which is illigal As it’s thc products so it sat in the letterbox overnight!

Been attempting to have my prescription sent for 2 weeks now, calling them every day about 50 times I'm lucky if I even get answered ONCE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Best chemist on the coast

My wife used this pharmacy for her medication, and multiple times we were both ignored, treated poorly on the phone, at one point even *mocked* in the background of the phone. This pharmacy will not answer calls. Her information was all wrong, and now we are both meant to wait an extra week for nothing, and pay extra post, because they had her information wrong despite her giving it to them in writing and over the phone multiple times, AND being a regular who has placed multiple orders. Unprofessional.

Absolutely fantastic experience every time I go in to pick up my script. The staff are great problem solvers and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Bec always calls me back if I can't get through on the landline and she is always willing to go above and beyond. The staff always have a smile on their faces even when they are swamped. One of the best pharmacies on the Coast.
