I just went into Brisbane Wholesale Cleaning because I noticed all the great reviews, however my experience was the complete opposite. I am in the process of starting a cleaning business and was eager to have some assistance and guidance on cleaning products, however I didn’t even even get a welcoming, was completely ignored the whole time. I went to pay for my products and the store clerk still continued to be extremely rude, no acknowledgement or anything! Giving one star because I have no other option, word of advice do not shop here!

Bought waterfed pole system from these guys, all staff were extremely helpful at time of purchase and ran through all the options, extremely quick local delivery of spares which I purchased later down the track, their knowledge of their stocked products are amazing without having to research correct answers ;). In life we get to chose where we spend our money. In business you get to chose how you carry yourself in order to be successful or less than successful. The taller guy with bald head seems to not want to be there.
The shorter guy is excellent, friendly helpful and always professional.
The prices are not the most competitive, I have been caught out a few times where I have arrived at the store to find them late and the store not open according to the website, times on the door.

I only shop here as a last resort.

The staff member (owner) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing me advise on equipment and chemical usage, also current industry news.

Absolutely appalling behaviour by the owner of the store. He was soo rude and had no idea how to treat customers. Once finding out he was wrong he didn’t want to continue the conversation and tried to tell me he was busy

We went there today the open time is 8 am.we wait there 22 minutes even call the number written on door.no one answer and store doesn't open.if they don't open on the time its written on door then whats the point to write there.very disappointed with it.we waste our time by waiting there.if we know this early may be we don't come early.
