I have bought many appliances through Brisbane Whitegoods and their customer service is exceptional. Recently when I had an issue they found my recent purchase information and reminded me about the 5 year warranty I purchased and forgot about. They sorted it all out on the spot in store. I am so grateful to the team at the Enoggera store.

Very friendly and helpful when choosing a machine over the phone. However when it didn't arrive on the day and they realised they forgot to book it in with their sub contractors, Lance refunded me half the delivery fee! That is unheard of these days! Lance was very apologetic. Thank you Brisbane Whitegoods, in these times I really appreciate the service you gave me.

We have purchased a Westinghouse under bench oven, a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and a Fisher and Paykel 4 door plumbed fridge freezer and all were at great prices and delivered when they said they were going too. We have had an issue with the fridge and just outside the warranty period and Sam the service tech came out and diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it quickly. He was very efficient and above all clean. Such a respectful young man with a great knowledge of the fridge and its workings. We are really happy with the fact that we had a service booked for a few days into next week but the issue with the fridge became more serious and they were able to rearrange things so that we had Sam come out the next day. We were so glad to have the problem sorted so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Beisbane White Goods and Service!

Awesome service/repair experience. My F&P washer needed a service. Rang first thing and technician was able to attend same day (due to a cancellation) and phoned ahead of arrival. Parts already in van (common issue with these washers). Fixed. Reception staff and technician friendly and professional. Thanks

We bought a westinghouse fridge it worked fine for 14 months. Then there was a major problem. But it was out of warranty. The guy who came to fix it. Said he would never recommend anyone buy from here.

Fantastic old fashioned service. Phoned about a faulty fridge at 8.30. Received a replacement by 10.30. No argument or wingeing

On Thursday I had what I thought was a minor problem with my fridge. Couldn’t find the paperwork so rang Brisbane whitegoods. The fridge was a week out of warranty.
A service call was booked for Monday & I was told they would honour the warranty.
Today Friday fridge not working, freezer defrosted.
My husband rang Brisbane whitegoods, left a message asking if we could have a service call today. Got a call back & a repair person arrived about 1230pm.
A number of problems attended to efficiently, effectively & cheerfully by Sam. All fixed under warranty.
We are blown away by the excellent service we received, a rarity these days.
