Brisbane Streetlevel Mission reviews
18Christmas time 2023. Only time I've ever been, to collect a Xmas parcel. Wasnt as hectic as I assumed it was going to be and I knew one of the staff from BCT so that was a plus, I didn't feel so uncomfortable then.
Recently moved up from Melbourne Victoria and the people here are really good and they help out when needed, highly recommend. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
At my lowest time of my life, facing homelessness at my age of over 50 with my 14year old child, it was the salvation army the gave me hope. I was supported to achieve the return to school for my child, we was supported with immediate accommodation. In particular Vera supported our family above and beyond her duty, often working into the night, Vera was our saviour. Such a beautiful soul, whom worked tirelessly to help us. I can't thank the salvation army enough for the continuing love, support and hope for our future.
What an amazing place honestly they open up their doors and their arms to people that need it
An amazing place where one can find answers to their issues over a coffee and a free meal.
Loved it they really help out people with the community with food, rest, drinks and other things you might need as well as a place of rest and relaxation church facility's available also people
This venue provides food and water for the homeless! They have support workers on site and are always offering help or guidance just reach out
They are a good encouragement for the community and do their best
They are a pilar of the community and have a heart of gold
Helping those in need being an outreach of support great services i can't say enough good things about them and what they do
Doing a great service to the community by supplying food clothing and a place where you can come in for a chat
Just amazing beautiful people.love and respect for the people that work their and the people who you meet.x
Really happy with the service I am provided by Brisbane Street level volunteers who make sure that I have a great feed and I can have a chat with others there.
Always leave here feeling better in a time of severe hardship street level is a refuge cannot thank them enough. Saved me from the depths of despair on many many occasions and still do
Waste of time calling salvos never get through. Salvos can't upgrade call centre yet always can afford having lots of overpriced opp shops in throughout the suburbs. It's better to go out steal food than ask for help. As lack of help out in the suburbs.
Streetlevel is an AMAZING PlaceWithout them people like myself and others would be lost. Thank you so much for the Salvos and Streetlevel
I have visited Street Level on numerous occasions and I will have no hesitation to recommend the site to anyone that needs help
A fantastic service for the homeless and needy! Addicts can get counseling & hang out in a comfortable safe environment! Food vouchers & meals!
I thought it was a great place and I'm hoping to collaborate with them and bring in donations real soon:)
I cannot say enough good about this organisation. I'm a single mother of two and the past year has been unbelievably rough with legal battles and hospitalisation. This Christmas I just couldn't scrape enough money together, and I swallowed my pride and called them asking for any help they could give.
They just dropped off TWO BAGS of food and a GIANT sack of presents for my little girls. I opened that sack and I just started crying.
Thank you thank you SO MUCH. When I get back on my feet the Salvos are the first ones I'm going to be giving regularly to. Everyone who's had a tough time needs to feel what I'm feeling right now!
