I highly recommend Brisbane Spa Super Saver. From the moment you walk into the showroom Matt, the owner, had been extremely helpful. He listens to your needs and then makes recommendations accordingly. We recently traded in our Spa, and are extremely happy with the Hot Spring Spa quality. Matt had also been super helpful with parts & chemicals for our old spa over the years too. Thank you so much Matt - it has been a pleasure dealing with you and your team.

I have purchased two spas from Brisbane spa centre. One for myself and one for a friend. Annie was extremely helpful and made buying them a breeze. I know this is the way it should be but isn’t always. She also effected delivery some 400 ks from her store which was seamless.
We both purchased the salt system which is a great system. Very economical and easy to use. I suffer from contact dermatitis and get bad irritation from normal spas. With this system I hardly get any at all.
It’s not hard to monitor and the result is great clean and clear water.
All in all I would say the salt system is a far more superior system and is a must if you purchase a spa. You won’t get a better deal and service if you purchase from this this company. 5 stars.

After visiting my local spa shops and coming away confused it was worth the drive to Brisbane Spa Super centre. Lex was a great help explaining everything I needed to know answering all my questions. A few days later bought one of their spa's, it was delivered today by Lex who was working hard to ensure the customer's got their spa's before Christmas. The installation was quick and the addition of the cover assistance device makes it an easy 1person job. Lex explained everything from the operations to maintenance. After diner we jumped in and it works like a dream. I would highly recommend looking for a spa to give them a call.

I made contact with Gary regarding a part for my sauna. The dealer that I originally bought the part off provided no response but Gary was more than willing to order the part from Harvia for me even though I was not a customer of his. This is outstanding service and so very hard to find these days so I highly recommend these guys. If you are looking for a sauna speak to Gary as service is everything in my eyes.

We bought a 5 person second hand spa and could not be happier, the service, terms of purchase and assistance on install & learning how to use it to full advantage have been first class. The best part is that even with heating it all year round, due to the fantastic insulation of the Hot Spring spa, we have not noticed any change in our electricity bills. Would highly recommend Matt & the team if you are looking for honest, complete knowledge without the sell sell sell attitude. So happy we decided to buy our spa from Annie and Lex. There was a slight wait due to Covid but so worth it. We bought the 7-person Grandee spa because of the two hydromassage seats with the warm water shooting up and down your back. There are plenty of lights creating a calming ambience and a waterfall at the side to ensure a mindful experience. We often go in at nights under the stars and come out feeling wonderful.

Annie and Lex were great to buy from. They went above and beyond to make sure the delivery went smoothly. They fully explained what we needed to do to keep the spa clean and always respond quickly to any questions we have. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any of your pool and spa needs

Every time I've dropped into Brisbane Spa Super Centre, Matt and the team have always been super helpful. Personally, Matt's gone out of his way to assist me in replacing a buggered pump, offering plumbing guidance and even handing me pvc bits and pieces to assist me in getting the job done right. The wait was to be expected for Hotsprings Envoy NXT spa. This was worth the wait. The team kept me up to date regarding the order. Even small detail (to me that it is) such as tracking details were communicated. The team is geared to serve. Anne actually forgot to send me the final invoice while concentrating on the pre-delivery detail, the videos and installation times and the installation team. I felt that this was a sign of dedication to deliver their best beyond the dollar as is quite obvious with other businesses this nowadays.

Anne even went to the trouble of synchronising the installing team and my electrician. That made my life a lot easier than I had expected.

Mat and Lex delivered and installed our spa with the professionalism I had come to expect of Brisbane Super Spa Centre. Mat delivered the tutorial in a relaxed fashion that made feel like a user of the spa instead of leaving me feel like I had to be a water chemist. Watching YouTube hot tub water balance had raised my anxiety before their arrival, but this was not to be. Mat followed this up a week later with a phone call to find out how we were travelling. We are a month into hot tubbing and I must say the whole experience has been first class all the way.

I highly recommend them ahead of other spa companies I tried to order from before I found these guys. When you buy a spa, you are paying top dollars as such the service needs to be commensurate with what you are paying for it.

I have had my Hot Spring Spa for 30 Tranquil years.
It has been extremely reliable and will get another if I ever need to.
I will own one forever. I always leap out refreshed and ready to smash my next challenge.
Brisbane Spa Super Centre have been great to deal with, keeping me supplied with the spa chemicals to keep it going into the future.

We have had a couple of spas over the years. Always went the cheap end.
Checked a bunch of spa companies before going to Brisbane Spa Super Centre.
Matt and Annie led us through the range and were like a breath of fresh air after dealing with other stores and inexperienced staff.
The super centre staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a great pleasure to deal with nothing was a hassle. We changed our mind a few times but this didn't bother them at all, always courteous and friendly.
Mainly Hotspring Spas are head and shoulders over our previous spas. They are way more energy efficient and super quiet
Full of modern equipment, pop up speakers subwoofers, cover lift, salt chlorination and a coloured removable touch pad.
Magnificent heat retention due to the abundance of insulation which also makes it super quiet.
