Brisbane Hi Fi

I was looking for some new speakers and found Brisbane Hi-Fi almost by accident. I phoned to get some advice. Aiden answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable and very straight forward. We visited the store that afternoon and Aiden was very helpful in demonstrating the speakers we were interested using our own music. We were allowed to listen at our own pace and come to our own conclusions. I did not think Hi-Fi stores like this still existed. Top Marks. No sign of flies when we were there.

I can’t believe such an interesting store was hidden just around the corner. I thought I knew audio gear, til I turned up here! Be ready to spend an hour here if you even walk in for a minute. A diverse range of ‘very-high quality’ to “are those $40k speakers.:/“l “ audiophile equipment of many differing brands and types. Hidden treasure. Great guys to! Support local biz!

Unlike most of todays HI-FI shops these guys are interested in finding gear you will actually like. Not just selling you something. Well worth the trip. Richard

Cosy but fly infested unfortunately. Hard to enjoy your food and drinks when flies are part of the ambience.

Excellent Hifi store staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpfully with all aspects of any purchase you may decide to make. Also for a small store the prices are very competitive. I purchased a speaker system that the other big stores couldn't even price match.

Great experience. Scott helped in my speaker selection. He wasn't overly pushy and took his time explaining things. I think the biggest benefit of this store is that they'll audition any equipment you're interested in. They even offered to let me take my amp into the store and set it up with their speaker selection to help me decide on a set of speakers. Highly recommended and much better than other hifi stores in Brisbane.

Good range of high quality sound equipment and friendly staff. A bit disorganised in setting up but otherwise a great hifi store.

Aiden's customer service was exceptional. He helped me with an issue I was having while awaiting new speakers to arrive. This really saved the day for an event I had already organised. Great communication and I would strongly recommend supporting this business which looks after its customers.
