Dr Holly Pym is our family doctor and is the best any of us has had. She is real and relatable and gives us honest and knowledgeable advice. She explains all of our options clearly and makes it clear that she really cares about me and my family which is most important really. Our teenagers trust her, our little ones adore her and we are lucky to have had her support in some really challenging times.

So I booked an apartment with them, when I went there they told me they need to reschedule my appointment to 3 hours later. One hour later, they called me said they couldn’t do it, and canceled my appointment. What a waste of time.

Terrible experience. Condescending and insensitive treatment by Dr Holly Pym. Inefficient systems and no privacy, the nurse kept being interrupted by staff and other patients coming into the treatment room while I was in there. Personal information about the next patient was discussed in front of me which made me very uncomfortable for the other patient. But nurse Tess was awesome and deserves a better work place.

I was well looked after by everyone at this medical centre. After becoming unwell on the train into work I went to the medical centre. Doctor Amini is wonderful, he was caring and thorough.and he took the time to explain what was happening to me. I am grateful that I was treated by Dr. Amimi.

I was seen within a short time and found the receptionist and nurse welcoming and professional

Dr Holly is an amazing doctor, always makes me feel so welcome and cared for, very friendly, funny and caring. I would recommend anyone to go and see her.

Do not have a regular GP but each GP I have booked with at this locatioan has been understanding/dealt with my concerns quickly. Reception is friendly and quick, and wait time is minimal.

The reception staff was super nice. Doctor Ryan was courteous, inviting and met all my needs. She made me feel safe and understood. This clinic also offers bulk billing for full-time students which is absolutely wonderful.
Overall, it was a very good experience.

I usually don't write reviews. I have been with this clinic for years since I moved to Australia. And I have to say the service is getting worse every time I visit it.

I am still bulk billing patient but every time I visit them they want to charge me and I have to spend time to discuss it.

Not punctual, I came at the booking time but very often I have to wait for more then 30 min.

The GP I was very happy about, she left clinic but I continue to coming.

I totally agree with previous reviews about Dr Mark. He is really very cold and unapproachable. When I described him my problems, he commented them in the way, like I simulate the illness.

I also was faced to situation when doctors don't greet me when i entered her office nor speak to me politely as it was written before. I was very tolerant to it and believe that It probably culture difference.

Until today.

George on reception was totally rude and ignoring. He was going to charge me for reason I couldn't agree with. I asked to show me price list or any document to prove his request but he didn't. I think they don't have it.

I tried to discuss it but he was starting to talk to other people like I was not there. I asked to talk to his manager but he answered that he is only one manager in this clinic.

And all of this on the smile on the face, really enjoying the situation.

I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, save your money time and nerves.

I also left the complain to Health Ombudsman.

I don't know how to answer to your comment so I leave it here. Your answer is very clear showing your attention to patients. I am not going to discuss payments online. It is Health Ombudsman's matter now. I review very rude, unprofessional behavior of receptionist and poor service of doctors.

I'm not one to write reviews, I usually ignore it, however the doctor i had did not once greet me when i entered her office nor speak to me politely. She was also quite rude and didn't let me answer questions properly when i was unsure about certain questions and bluntly asked for a 'yes or no' response without letting me think. A patient goes to a doctor to get help without having to deal with impoliteness. The whole appointment was not bad, however she didn't even write down the medicine she told me to get. Small things such as what I've mentioned here really makes a huge difference to a patients service. Her service can be much better and she needs to learn how to talk to patients properly without talking over them and simply to her job properly. The receptionist however was very helpful.

Travelling interstate from Victoria, I needed to see a Dr urgently for a possible skin/joint infection. I rang just before opening, and friendly George on reception was able to get me an appointment in 40 minutes. I saw Dr Karin, and she was thorough in her investigation and diagnosis. She prescribed some antibiotics and referred me for ultrasound to make sure all bases were covered. I highly recommend Dr Karin Mape and her team.

Referred to one of their psychologists who is a clearly dangerously incompetent conman. Wasted a lot of money to receive no therapy and was then asked to pay nearly $200 just for him to tell me to find a new doctor as he was a failure. Avoid unless you want to waste your time, money and health.

They had an amazing GP who unfortunately left for Melbourne. The Chinese Dr (Mark?), has no bedside manner, is cold and unapproachable. Their location is great but luckily for me I have found a new GP and won’t need to return.

Not punctual despite booking in advanced all that was required was to administer an injection prescribed by my regular gp before travel really poor not recommended

Pretty sure the one guy was doing everything there. Probably should have had more staff and confusing to find. Can't fault the service though.

I don't know what was happening. The first time you faxed the my maternity referral to the hospital, but I have already waited for many weeks and haven't receive any call and letter from hospital. And I called you to fax again. And continuing to wait for 1 week. Hospital still hasn't contact me yet. I called to hospital directly. And they helped me to ask your medical center. They called me back and said you didn't fax any referral, then this time successful fax finally. It takes too much time and energy to fix this issue. It was crazy.

I have never received such amazing support from a Dr surgery before. I waited only about 2 minutes before being seen. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and swapped around appointments for me. Nothing was a hassle and he remained so friendly and positive, which is what you want when you feel sick. I saw Dr Holly Pym who was so caring, supportive and explained everything so well. It was very affordable too, the gap cost me only about $38 - for an appointment which lasted a long duration. Execllent, quality service in a wonderful location

Dr. Michael Liu was very pleasant. Listened to my concerns, tried to help as much as he can. Front desk was super nice! Really eager to help with insurance, etc. Overall, I had a good experience.

Worst Doctors I've ever been to.
Went in for two reasons. Was told I'd be prescribed two things to fix both.the doctor forgot one of them and left if off the script completely. Then when my results came back from blood tests they didn't contact me but instead my next of kin.this would be normal if I was under the age of 18 but I'm not. The ladies at the receptionist were rude and my doctor was less than competent. Will not be going back.

I saw a GP at this very convenient location and found he was thorough in investigating possible causes for my issue sending me away for multiple tests after the ones he conducted were inconclusive.
