Our experience with Brisbane BMW as always has been exceptional. Adam Miles is extremely personable and professional. He is by far the best sales person and often refer people to see him!

I have had the utmost pleasure of working with the BMW Brisbabe team in purchasing my new X5. A huge yams in particular to Adam Miles who is highly knowledgeable and authentic, and who made the compete customer journey such a delight for me.

On 09/11/2023. I dropped the car in the morning for log book check 09/11/2023 as I purchased package services.

I have received the first SMS on 13: 31pm to sign to approve the fees as recommended me to change new breaks.

13: 33pm the staff SMS me again to get approval
13: 37pm I replied him that I was in the meeting
Between 13: 37pm - 13: 59pm I was signed the approval
However, when I signed I remember the figure was $9xx.xx something but I am really confident that is below $1,000

13: 59pm I received the confirmation SMS about my approval

I picked my car after work on the staff requested me to pay $1,298, and I paid because I believe if it different price I still pay for it. But I had informed the staff about this fee are difference. He told me that he will check with the IT department and he will contact me back.

***If the figure is same, I might believe that I am not clearly look on it but the figure are $9xx increase to $1,298 that is different story.

After that day, I tried to contact them several time but they kept saying, they will check it, but until today 8/12/2023 no one contact me. (1 month)

So between 13: 37 - 13: 58 someone change the price without my permission. Also my signature was on new price which I haven't sign it. I contact BMW Brisbane several time and no response at all so you and your team really break my trust.

Before, I made decision to buy BMW and purchase package service as I would like to keep my car in good condition. Also I pay that much money I expected premium service so the lower standard service is unacceptable.

I really want to sell my BMW as no more feeling proud to drive this brand anymore. I might decided to change the brand which located opposite your showroom with start with M.

As I read the review you asked your client to contact you to fix the problems but do not ask me, as I have done with you because I tried to call your manager many times but no one can help me.

Purchasing my third vehicle from Gabriel at BMW Brisbane was an outstanding experience. I've been dealing with Gabriel from Brisbane BMW and it has been nothing but exceptional in every interaction I've had with him and he has been brilliant.
He took the time to understand what I'm looking for rather than trying to tell me what I needed, he then sourced cars and made the search and understanding of the process so easy.

Do not buy a BMW here. They treat you well when making the sale but after that you are on your own.

We have had consistent issues with our Apple car play and they could not care less to help us. I showed up after being told someone would help me at their showroom (a 30 min drive for me) only to be told that they actually could not see me and that the would be able to sort it out through a phone call - then they never called me back.

The service experience is also a nightmare. They will not give us a spare car and insist on only paying for Ubers to your workplace (even though I work from home often). We have also had multiple times where we take the car in for a service only to be required to take it back several weeks later due to them missing one or several parts of the service.

Thank you Steven Wollstein. You made buying my new car so easy. I really appreciated the regular updates while it was being built.

Had the first service on our BMW this morning. Extremely impressed with the whole experience, from check in through to collection. I chose to wait for the car, enjoyed a couple of coffees, got some work done, and picked up a nice clean car (courtesy wash) at the end of it. Top effort team!
