Sadly this dance school values policy over genuinely helping their customers and are more concerned about profit than reputation.

Best dance school I've been to. Wish I could take more classes there

Not sure how this place got 5 stars. Having my child there for nearly 6months and decided to withdraw her out of the course. Teacher is all about favouritism since day 1, I notice my girl was being treated differently. No welcoming and attention from the teacher at all. Administration and service wise are also very poor. Not to say everything is very costly in this dance school.

I wouldn't recommend this school having observed and in some cases experienced:
-Poor/non-existent communication of class times changing;
-Not refunding fees for classes having changed times and not communicated the new times despite numerous attempts at contacting the school via email and phone with no response to understand when the next class will be;
-Overpriced uniform and concert costs that are not disclosed upon joining;
-Overt discrimination against either non-Caucasian children or children that are not favourites.

If I could give zero stars I would and take them to Fair Trading.

Very good classes, beautiful shows, fabulous teachers
