Brightwater Medical Centre

My visit to the medical centre today was extremely good I had been apprehensive about taking the old peoples test but talking to Dr Peter allied all my worries so thank you Dr Peter also the young lady that did my age test was extremely good she really put me at ease.

I was seen at the allocated Appointment time and seen to very professionally with the required outcome.

Friendly staff, Dr Nelson listens and is thorough, 30 minute wait today so not too bad. Definitely recommend.

I find Dr Nathan to be very approachable, friendly, thorough and helpful. I am confident that I receive excellent and appropriate treatment whenever I see her.

Welcoming visit as always. Freindly staff, clean waiting room and great dr's. That's why I drive an hour to come here.

Had the 5th CoVid shot today. Receptionists at BMC are always welcoming. Professionalism of the nurses always on show. No problems accessing doctors provided you are willing to see another if your main doctor is away

Great receptionist service, even when they're inundated with calls and jobs. Dr. Carter was great to meet - very warm, friendly, understanding and didn't make me feel judged at all. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this medical center for some time. I can't speak highly enough of the caring service I have received. Dr. Smith is a Blessing. Office and treatment room staff are just the best.

We as a family have been with this practice for 6 years now and are very happy with the whole team including the doctors that arrived more recently and find they all take great care to look at your medical records and are also proactive. We usually book online and find that a very efficient process with lots of reminders. But they also always try to fit you in in an emergency when you call them directly. A well organised practice in a very convenient location with lots of underground parking.

Dr. Singh was very good at explaining what the problem was with my ear and also gave me the scripts that I needed.

Receptionist was friendly and welcoming and I didn’t have to wait long to see my Doctor. My visit there was pleasant

Pleasant staff. Extremely professional medical centre. They always make patients feel comfortable and relaxed.

This is an awesome team of medical professionals, our Family followed our Dr here from another centre. She has looked after the pregnancy of 2 of our 3 children, the 3rd child (oldest) had been looked after by another Dr who had moved overseas, but then joined the clinic after we moved there. I have multiple chronic health issues including bypass surgery and diabetes. These guys support me 100%. They have squeezed me in to help me out even though I was the slack***. I've been shunted off by ambulance to hospital when they detected some heart issues, no mucking around there. My latest issue, forgot I needed to renew my life-maintaining prescriptions, got a tele-health appointment within 30 mins ("I thought I would sort this out quickly as I finished early with my last patient") what legend. The appointment was not rushed and I had ample opportunity to discuss my requirements.
I can't comment this practice highly enough.
