We had a wonderful experience today at Bright Eyes Smithfield. Very caring and helpful staff and an amazing range of sunglasses. Thank you for being so kind. It absolutely made our day. We will most definitely be back:)
Lovely customer service - hubby and I walked out very happy with our new sunglasses. Thankyou.
Pathetic customer service. Rang up and got staff to hold a pair of Mako sunglasses.drove 150km round trip to be told there had been a mix up and they had been sold (staff had mobile #). So I went home and bought them online. 30% cheaper
Business hours say 3pm close on Sundays. But in reality they close anywhere between 2 and 3. Take a guess, pretty poor that.
Bad customer service. Felt like the older of the two female staff members was unfriendly and had no idea how to give customer service. When asking questions she was blunt and seemed to be ‘put out’ to assist in opening the glass windows to try on sunglasses. We were shopping directly after Xmas and had money to spend. Bright Eyes - I would recommend further training or managerial guidance for the older female staff member

This is the only words I heard from the sales lady who works at 5 April 2017,2: 45pm. No greeting no thanks throughout the sales process. I couldn't even see she had any body movement but only behind the cashier when there was two customers in shop.
Sorry for I am also working in retail, there is no advantage for hiring someone just standing and show no interested with work!? !?
