Bright Horizons Ormeau Hills

Hi, my twin grand daughters go to this centre and wha ti can see they both are thriving.
As an Educator myself it is fantastic to see such great care, love, and respect for all int he centre.

We have recently started at Bright Horizons Ormeau Ridge after changing from another center my son attended for 2 years and WOW I can say this has been the best decision! I cannot fault anything about the center (and I am very picky especially when it comes to the care of my child). From the moment you walk in, you are hit with the delicious smell of the freshly cooked food made by their chef (which by the way is really nutritious and the portions are generous). Every single staff member there if friendly, welcoming and greats us as we walk in. The staff in my son’s room ‘Sian, Tahlia & Bella’ have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Miss Sian is beautiful inside and out and is really nurturing and attentive. Miss Tahlia is observant and fun - she even brought in her own sons dinosaur toys and set up a personalised activity to help with drop off to help my son settle in (observing that he likes dinosaurs)! Even the staff in the next room up that the kids share the outdoor space with, Miss Corrina and Mr Jaxson have been so lovely and helpful. This makes me feel at ease for when he does have to move up later in the year when he turns 3, I’m happy knowing that they will also be his future educators. My child has formed a special little bond with Jaxson and looks forward to seeing him everyday. Overall we have had an amazing first couple of weeks and I highly recommend!

Both my children attended this Service and I couldn't be happier with how prepared my children were when they started school. The Kindergarten team goes above and beyond and they have so many extracurricular activities included in their fee such as swimming lessons, drama classes, cooking and Bush Kindy just to name a few.

My twins attend this childcare and we have never been more happy. Always so welcoming and caring. We have a few food issues and they work along side us to ensure the best care.

My eldest daughter attended this centre for 5 years and has gained an incredible education. The Kindergarten program is incredible & her Prep teacher gave high praise for it. My youngest has attended for a year and we couldn't be happier. We love the extra curricular activities they provide such as Happy Feet & Soccer. My girls absolutely love it here and it's like their second home. The directors are very accommodating & approachable, along with the staff. Highly recommend.

Bright Horizons is truly the most beautiful centre with the most amazing inspired Educators.
Not only does Bright Horizons offer the most beautiful stunning natural play spaces that are aesthetically beautiful for the children to explore in, Bright Horizons offers the highest quality care in our community.

Amazing caring staff and center manager. I couldn't be happier with this center. We have some cultural requirements and the teachers are so accommodating with no judgement. Any money issues have been sorted quick and the kids never want to leave

Staff are inconsistent and constantly changing, staff are also unprofessional talking ill about parents of the children they take care of would not reccomend this service to anyone.
