I had such a good experience, Hannah was just so lovely and genuine she didn’t try and push me into anything I didn’t want and made sure to stay within my budget. And when I tried on my dress it didn’t have the sparkly but she was like that isn’t a problem and got something to give the effect I want and overall I walked away very happy

Brides of Brisbane has such an accommodating variety of dresses suitable for any shape and style.
I had the best experience with Hannah, she was accommodating, helpful and all round super star.
All questions or concerns I had Hannah was honest and set realistic expectations.
I would recommend Brides if Brisbane to any future Brides.

Brides of Brisbane has been the best wedding dress shopping experience I have had. From the moment we stepped through the door Ryley was so lovely, helpful and made sure we had an incredible experience.

I can not express into words how great the wedding dress shopping experience was with Ryley helping out, and I will definitely be recommending this boutique to everyone getting married.

Coming into the shop everyone was really inviting and welcoming which helped put my mind at ease while trying on heaps of dresses. It created a really comfortable atmosphere. I was fortunately able to find my dress which I fell in love with, and was helped with every part of the ordering process which made it that much easier! I couldn't recommend the ladies at bride if Brisbane enough.

Such a warm welcome there. Hannah was super sweet trying to help you find the way fit without putting the hard sell on. I so wished I would have found my dress there as I felt the most relaxed

I didn’t have the best experience here compared to the other bridal stores I visited that same day. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment (it says on their website if you’re late please call/text and let us know, so I did) but when we arrived it almost felt like we were in trouble for being late. My entourage agreed it was a really unwelcoming and stale/awkward feeling as soon as we walked in. The sales consultant then took us through the system but she explained it like a robot and with no passion/excitement and sounded bored and tired of giving the same “spiel” (almost forgetting this is one of the most special days of someone’s lives) and when trying on dresses had a hint of defense in every response we gave her about something we didn’t like. It just felt like the equivalent of going to any clothing retail store and not the level of professionalism, attentiveness and excitement you should receive at a bridal store. The dresses were beautiful but despite such a large range I struggled to find any in my size and it is quite a high price range in my opinion. The experience just felt a bit discouraging from the minute we walked in the doors and it wasn’t the type of vibe or atmosphere I felt excited or motivated to choose my wedding dress in.

Huge variety of gowns, truly something for everyone.
They are also so reasonably priced for the quality which is a nice change when shopping for a wedding dress. Lia is absolutely amazing and she made the whole experience so wonderful. Would recommend Brides of Brisbane if you are looking for your dream dress!

My mum and I went to Brides of Brisbane yesterday for my first ever bridal appointment. The dresses in store were really beautiful, but the person serving me made me feel like I was being rushed out the door. She checked her watch, reminded me of how much time I had left and didn't offer any help or advice during the appointment.

Really small size range. I’m a standard 14 & most of the dresses were a bridal size 8, which I’m told is closer to a 10-12.
It was disappointing to not be able to even get 2 dresses on & most of the others I felt disheartened as I had to Contort my body into them.
I understand sizing is tricky, but if the sizes were larger, you can make them smaller for the 8-10 gals. Doesn’t really work the other way.
I left feeling saddened by the experience & ended up only using 30-40min of the allocated 1: 30h.
On the plus side the lady I was working with was very nice & the boutique is quite pretty.
Parking is a pain on a Saturday morning so allow 15 extra mins.

I did not buy a dress here as it wasn’t within my budget. However, the staff here made me feel so comfortable for my first bridal session. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. They have so many beautiful dresses and the staff knows so well what would suit you and what not to be able to provide suggestions.

I was nervous about doing a dress fitting, because I had never done one before and normally I find it hard to find clothes that fit my body shape (small on top but bigger on bottom). My friend told me to try Brides of Brisbane because they had the best service and biggest range of dresses. They made it such a nice and welcoming experience for me. They have such a big collection of dresses and I could try all the styles I liked on. They have a huge range of sizes too. The consultant Shauna spent loads of time with me adjusting the dress so it fit my body perfectly and looked so flattering. They really spend time with you to make sure you get an accurate idea of how the dress would look on the day and they had soooo many styles to choose from. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to compare lots of options and/or are nervous about the experience!

I found a Jack Sullivan dress at Brides of Brisbane that was absolutely the dress of my dreams! The service was amazing and so was the selection! Lia in particular was absolutely amazing. She listened to my thoughts and recommended so many great options whilst also making me feel so beautiful! Thank you Lia!

I just had my appointment at Brides of Brisbane and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Lia. She was absolutely amazing and had the most beautiful smile through the whole time we were there. Not pushy at all but knowledgeable and 100% supportive.
Nevertheless I found THE ONE!

I almost didn't book an appointment - thinking they wouldn't have anything for me. Even on a budget (as i already bought a dress then decided I didn't like it) i was able to find the most beautiful dress at Brides of Brisbane. I didn't feel rushed, nothing was too much trouble and the dresses are next level gorgeous! The space was large and didn't feel cramped and didn't feel like a production line like other places. I highly recommend booking an appointment (i went mid week and was the only one there so had undivided attention!). Being a 'bigger' size (i.e. Size 12/14) - there were plenty of dresses in different styles to try on also. Thank you Brides of Brisbane!

I made an appointment at Brides of Brisbane in December 2021 after having a not so pleasant 1st bridal appointment at another bridal shop a month earlier.
I was met at the front door by bridal consultant Ryley who instantly made myself and my guests feel welcome, relaxed and excited about potentially finding my dream wedding gown.
Ryley was truely amazing. She was patient with me as I tried on what seemed like an endless amount of different gowns, she was full of honest and practical advice about various styles and fit, and was able to assist and provide feedback on ideas we had about different gown customisations.
I couldn’t have been happier with my appointment at Brides of Brisbane and have made a return appointment later this month to make my final decision.

Walked in extremely nervous, left laughing my pants off! Riley really looked after me, gave me an honest opinion and was extremely patient with me…! There is a great range of dresses to try on and I fell in love instantly and ordered on the day. I highly recommend having Riley as your consultant as she is just an asset to this business.
