Have they changed? They are now closed on a Monday but the quality of their repairs are still amazing as with all their other services. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I dont trust anyone else with my shoe or leather boot repairs. The quality of workmanship, professionalism and value for money is without doubt the best in Brisbane, hands down. Do not waste your time going elsewhere. I was worried about the parking situation at first, but there's plenty nearby.

Re-soled leather bottomed shoes. Immaculate work, very friendly service. Accurate quote and turn around time. Talked me through the work upon collection. Will definitely be back.

They have such amazing customer service and remember who you are and they repaired my shoes so well and even polished them for me for a nice surprise!

Wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys for fixing my partner's RM Williams Boots that were beyond needing a repair. They look brand spanking new with extremely good quality soles and heels that will likely give the shoes another 3-4 yrs worth of wear. Great value and relatively quick turn around in just one week!

BEWARE! - I got a quote from them to re-heal and re-sole my shoes for $50 then they wanted to charge me $60! I find this both unprofessional and extremely dishonest.

I have an 'odd' key that had defeated 3 other key cutters - recommended to Brandons by Place Annerley - he said 'nothing is impossible' until he tried to match my key - but match it, he did - and it works a treat! Thanks so much for your help this morning - you saved my life, and my cat's! Highly recommend your service to anyone for key cutting - exemplary, old style customer service. Thank you.

Wow! Cannot speak highly enough of his work. My favourite shoes looked like a dog had chewed on the heels. Thought I would be told I was dreaming when I asked if they could be repaired. Picked them up today and they look like new! Got quotes from some places at $200+. Brandon’s performed a miracle for just $75. Amazing service and second-to-none craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a store! A step back in time to when customers mattered and service was important. I needed some extra holes made in a leather belt. The owner wouldn't take any money from me, even after I insisted. I will definitely be back for all my leather and shoe repairs in the future, and will be recommending this business to my family and friends. A breath of fresh air in a fast-paced world!
