Overall helped us design a great website. There were a few instances that I found Owen to be reluctant to make revisions where there were issues with designs. In addition some of the changes requested Owen did not put alot of effort into simple things such as footers. I ended up rehiring another designer to finish of the website on his behalf because of this. Overall he was OK to work with, however I would say overall a poor experience.

Past 6 months later, Owen send me an email claiming he will no longer host my website unless I paid an additional 150$. His fee was never advised to me at the beginning of our interaction. Ultimately his server isn't that great and I wouldn't recommend it - it is a "sleeping" server where it will take ages to load on an initial visit to "activate" again at a moderate speed. Overall website load speed is horrible and he is charging an insane price of 150$.

Will not deal with again. I recommend finding a different web designer who is more keen on working with you and honest individual.

Owen consulted with us on another website built by another company we were having some issues with and was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend working with Owen!

I engaged Branding Experts to design a website, business cards, flyer etc. Most of the work was done well however Owen made countless very simple mistakes and refused to fix them without myself paying for them. For example, he put the wrong email on the flyer and refused to fix it. I sent him the text that I wanted on the flyer and somehow a simple copy and paste wasn't easy enough for him. There were many simple grammar issues, including our business name not having a capital letter. He also refused to fix these issues. The customer service was the worst I have ever seen from any business owner and I was extremely shocked by his complete disregard for his business' reputation.
