Brady Industries

I'm not sure about the negative comments, Brady Industries have been polite and courteous to me 100% of the time I have been there. They wont throw rose petals at your feet but they are concise and helpful and I suspect the people who leave negative comments must have been rude to begin with in order to receive the lack of service they imagined.

Will continue to support this business!

Always have plenty of medical needs when we needed it for my wife's recurring foot wounds. Always extremely helpful and competitive prices.
Would certainly recommend to anyone needing medical supplies. Very friendly staff.

At 1 star ridiculously overrated. Unfortunately, I went there to purchase some first aid consumables, where I was misled by the big sign out the front that states "Open to Public" only thing is they are not. There was a table across the doorway preventing access into the store. Some unpleasant gentleman standing on the other side of the table asking what I wanted. I said I wanted to browse and he said that I was not coming in and I said thank you very much and good-bye. I would not recommend this business at all. I will never return to Brady Industries and I will never promote or recommend this business. Actions like theirs make it very difficult to support local, they willingly force you to go somewhere else, but fortunately, there are better options available. Keep up the awesome job Brady Industries.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars; 1 star is way too high for this business. I went in there today with my 77 year old father to get some supplies for him.
I have a legal and legitimate medical exemption from wearing a mask. When the lady at the counter asked me (in a very rude manner) to put on a mask, I politely told her I have an exemption. She then rudely asked me to show her my paperwork to which I replied to her that I didn't have anything with me (and by law, I don't have to).
After she finished with her customer, she ran out the back and 'dobbed' on me to the? Owner, and he ran through the door and over to me and yelled at me "get out".
I (quite shocked and very embarrassed) asked him why, he said "you aren't wearing a mask" to which I again replied that I was exempt. He ignored me and yelled at me again to "get out".
As my dad was needing supplies, I didn't risk standing my ground with a very rude and ignorant man (he was totally breaking the law), so I quietly went out the sliding glass door. To my utter surprise/disgust, he slammed the door and LOCKED it (with my dad still inside)!
I took photos of his very illegal sign regarding masks required with no exceptions and I'm reporting him for illegally discriminating.

Would give zero stars if I was able to. Extremely rude staff and business owner. Definitely do not recommend.

Watched some sooky dude in a tarted up ute get kicked out for being unvaccinated. Great service for me.
10/10 would go again.

Staff are disgustingly rude! Will not be shopping here again.
I went to a competitor not far away and they were very courteous and professional.
