Awesome place, helpful staff.
Sells fish and a diverse number of reptiles, (turtles, frogs, snakes and lizards), including rare ones.
It has a great little plant and gardening selection.
Beautiful birds, (Parrots, finches, quails, ect.)
The animals are always in such good healthy condition, I'm so impressed by the welfare and health of every animal.
My daughter loves seeing all the animals when we go in.

Dogs are welcome onsite and staff members are happy to assist you to find the right size harnesses / collars etc, including fitting the harness to your dog.

Staff are also happy to give out recommendations on dog friendly areas and walking trails.

Honestly is really good currently in stock quality and price wish there was an online website tho

Great service. Got me just what I needed. My bird loves his new cage, and the discount was great too.

Staff member came to me and asked if I needed assistance, which is great, found what I needed thankfully to a great range of filters.

Was in the store for a good 20mins looking to purchase fish and no one was interested in serving me. Walked out passed staff members and still said nothing to me.

Lovely service and found perfect bowls, blanket/rug coat and the best squeaky turtle ever.

Bundaberg is top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the selection of pet care products and the quality of the items. The staff gave great advice and showed great care towards everything in the store. Highly recommended for anyone in need of pet care products.

It's one of the biggest pet store in Bundy.and has a variety of Products to birds fish, dogs excessories and plants. Iam sure you will find what you are looking for it's popular with the locals I myself go their.you won't be disappointed!

Great store layout - can find stuff easily - only downfall is I was looking for stuff for pet mice and not a lot there.

All good took the dog into the store to fit a new collar and they were fine with that. Price was better than online too.

I brought my turtle today! Fantastic place although a few things definitely need fixing urgently! - the elder man who was a bit of a grump, really didn’t care and had no real kindness to show.turn that frown upside down!

I noticed the reptile tanks - specifically the BEARDED DRAGONS- please please FIX there lighting! It’s scientifically proven that red/blue/purple ect basking lights are not good and do not replicate the natural sun, and in time will seriously damage the dragons eyes, they aren’t recommended for anything, and I’m not sure why they are still sold.
Also UVB is super important- the distance of it and improper fixture was noticeable in store. As we know insufficient uvb will cause MBD- (metabolic bone disease) which seriously deforms dragons and in time kills them very slowly. A T5 uvb reflector fitting and 10.0 uvb tube light is recommended- the globe uvb do not produce enough. And the Ed is stronger and tube uve give more output and covers more. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. I saw some dragons already showing signs of mbd. And looking very unhealthy. Being a pet shop please provide correct information.

This place is great!
They have pets and all you may need for them, plus loads of gardening things.
The best pet place in Bundaberg and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Quite expensive compared to somewhere like Bunnings. But. Has specialised materials & pet & garden products. Very good. + quality.

Boylans is a really good pet shot but is a bit pricey other than that it's really good great products
