It is a great place for kids to learn lots of motor skills.
He really loved the freejump and
Dodgeball!
The big bag allowed him to learn how to flip.
"Best day ever" he reckons
He will be back

A great mix of fun for small and big kids. Lovely staff, clean and well supported by staff. Great value for money

Had an excellent kids party over the weekend. Everything was so well organised.
Our party host Veronica was fantastic!

It’s a great place for the kids. Highly recommend the 2 hour pass as one hour goes too quick.
Website could use some work though.
I might just be getting a tad old but myself and neighbour always struggle to book online and it’s just so time consuming as it doesn’t feel easy.
The problem is in adding people from the specials section.

James was an amazing host. Great with the kids and nothing phased him. Big water spill was handled with ease and he kept the peace between the boys with ease. A no stress party for us parents and having the cake cut into the bargain, best surprise of the day! Amazing!

Warning, do not bring toddlers to this place as you will have to pay for them *and* you. Despite obviously being unable to jump yourself. Otherwise the place was okay. You do need a very high level of fitness to get much out of here. Definitely a young/fit person's adventure.

James at Tingalpa was our host. He was lovely and patient with the kids. He was easy going and flexable which was necessary for our daughter who has a disability.
He service was 10/10

All the staff were friendly and so accommodating for everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were lovely to the kids. The staff at Tingalpa Bounce and an asset to the business. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for making my sons birthday so memorable!

Great staff and lots for the kids to do. There is no hot food though and no water fountains. But still a great time for the kids and relaxing spots for adults to hang around in.

We had great, relaxed service, both signing in and at the tuckshop. Our boys had a fun and safe experience too.

Good facilities, great supervision, friendly staff and very clean. My grandchildren 13, and 9 spent 2 hours here, two days running and had a ball. They love going to this venue. Thank you.

Customer Service was good plenty of trampolines for juniors but for kids u der 5 is a little bit scary.

The worst experience ever, they allow unlimited numbers on every session and kids need to wait in lines to get to the trampolines. RUDE staff, my son had to leave to the toilet and when he came back one of the staff members screamed" OMG " straight to his face, and I was standing there watching. Junior's area is useless and they charge for kids the full price despite they not allowed to the older kids areas.

Great place to take the kids. High energy burn outs here. Plenty of different activities to do. More suited to slightly older kids. 8+ as some areas are height restricted. 125cm + for ninja warrior course

My four years old daughter got fractured leg and full leg cast for six weeks as result of double bouncing on one of the long jumping areas (around 10 m). There should be staff lining up there warning people and giving turns to avoid injury. Only on another small jumping area, we got warned not to have double jump. But no one from the staff was there for the long one to ensure safety for users. These facilities are not safe for little ones.

We won't go back there at all. Such a bad experience after having half an hour of so called fun.

My kids like it and it is pretty good value. I would have given 5 stars except for two reasons.

1. I paid for socks online (I hadn’t realised). When signing in they said do kids have socks? I said yes as they had ones from a previous booking, and they never offered me the socks that I had paid for. Pretty dishonest to not offer a refund on what I paid for online, a cafe credit or even just insist I take the socks as I had paid for them.

2. Lack of comfortable seating for parents. I have a bad back and those wooden tied stairs were horrible to sit on.

Next time give me my socks I’ve paid for thanks

Great kids party venue, or for a couple of hours bouncing fun on weekend or holidays. The staff are generally friendly and responsive, and the cafe has good food and drinks options. My only issue is probably the frequency of cleaning tables and chairs on the balcony level where parents sit. They get pretty dirty with spilled food and drink, and from what I have seen on a few visits it's not a high priority to be cleaning these with the frequency that is needed. Otherwise it's A1 entertainment:) and highly recommended

The staff are really nice and welcoming, facilities and play areas are clean with plenty to do. Highly recommend for a good day!

Well organised with the right amount of staff knowing exactly what they were doing. A fun time for all. Will def be returning
