BOUNCEinc reviews
84Magic place that my daughter just loves. Huge in size and something for everyone, even toddlers. Very well priced for what you get. Range of food in cafe is ok and tastes ok. Book online in advance as cam sell out sessions during school holidays.
This is a very fun and enjoyable experience, all the staff is very friendly and they have a good vibe with the whole place.
Would recommend to everyone
UPDATE: We came back the following weekend dressed for success- and loved it even more.
FIRST REVIEW: First-time bouncer! Chelsea provided excellent customer service at the front door, and the rest of team were heaps helpful. Loved it - & baby boy slept for hours afterwards!
Great way to spend an hour or two tiring the kids out. Decent cafe for the adults. Well-run, safety is a top priority.
Second time visiting, first was great however, this time has really put a sour taste in our mouth. Blonde worker consistently yelling at 2/3 year old children about the rules (all parents were around, children fully supervised and all rules were being abided too) to the point my toddler was so scared to try anything because she kept yelling at everyone. Don't get me wrong, we understand there are rules and we are happy to abide but this was beyond keeping everyone safe, you also need to be cognisent of who you are speaking too, a 2/3 year old are not going to remember a whole board of rules. Secondly staff were going around making everyone purchase the bounce brand socks, kids obviously had attended similar places and had socks that were identical bar missing the bounce logo. In times like these people may not be able to afford that, was a massive stretch on the staff's part. Very dissapointing to experience and no fun at all was had. Another lady stated to me who was from a disabilities group who was attending that she was incredibly dissapointed that they had yelled at the people she was attending with as they didn't have the capacity to understand rules. People with disabilities deserve to have a fun day too.
Kids Always have sooo much fun 100% recommend it for all ages! Will definitely be returning!
We had our 8 year olds birthday party on Sunday. Thank you Sunny for being a great host for the kids. As parents the day was super easy and well organized, food was good and everyone had a great time.
First time here for my sons. We are from Tassie. We booked the 3 hour Friday night session. Only $25 per kid. Well worth it. They used all the areas. The staff are fun and kind. Everything is clean and organised. Family friendly. Nice kiosk too. Highly recommend.
My son is mildly autistic, he loves Bounce, we are there every week for a 2hr play date. The staff are awesome, the amenity is fantastic, we are fortunate and grateful to have such reasonably priced access.
Spent two hours here, and it was fun! I am, however, disappointed at the attitudes of the staff. Went to collect a mask since, in essence, this is quite literally a COVID breeding ground, and the staff member was like "you don't need a mask. " True, but common sense should prevail when it is impossible to socially distance. Plus, there needs to be more sanitation in the dodgeball area. Played for 45 mins, and the amount of saliva on some of those dodgeballs made it a pretty unpleasant experience. I would come here again, but not in COVID times.
Front staff are professional, happy & friendly. They handle a very busy and demanding day with excellent service. Well done
We unfortunately had to cancel the last hour of today’s visit, a staff member kindly without question offers us a free pass to be used in lieu of the already paid for hour that couldn’t be used. Great customer service
Staff were able to resolve an issue with online promotional purchase that wasn’t accurately provided. Kids had a great time and not overcrowded
First time bringing My 2 and a half year old and I had to drag her away unwillingly when our session finished
I took my 9 year old & 12 year old yesterday.
Very clean facilities and friendly staff.
Kid's loved jumping off the cliff jump & also the x-park.
Will definitely go again.
Staff were great, my son had a fantastic time. Pleased you are not discrimating against people as of the 17 December. Thank you and we will continue to support your business whilst you welcome anyone and everyone there regardless of their medical status
Very large venue and lots of things for students to do. Great air-conditioning. Upsetting that attending teachers (for school booking) are non-bouncers, and it would be better if there was an approved ratio of student-teacher for these kinds of groups.
Very organised, friendly, engaging staff. Fun filled activities, well planned time frames- loved it!
Dont go to the mini bounce with your little one as you cant supervise them closely and the area is not safe for indepedent play for babies. We went there with our 14 month old last week. She is a comfortable walker but the equipment has large steps and its not safe for an independent play. She needs to be supervised and assisted. After 10 mins of play my husband was asked to stay away from her not to climb with her nor supervise her closely on the equipment. We were told that thier staff will assist our baby, but there was noone there. After chatting with the supervisor we were told that the area assisatnt is busy in the other places and they should be there but they not.nevertheless we still cant stay close to our baby and she needs to use all equipment independently. After a very long chat.absolutely pointless amount of time when we heard term and conditions bla bla bla and policies and procedures we gave up. The rules they have created have nothing to do with child safety.this is scary. Finally we were offered to pay adult ticket so we can supervise our child closely. At this point we requested a refund. It was denied.it is not safe for small children. Also while we were there a slightly older baby fell over from two steps on thier neck. His dad was so scared. Nothing happened but it was a huge warning sign for me!
Very busy during school holidays which is expected but you have to book for each session so it prevents the place from overcrowding. Fun place for kids and adults.
