Bounce coffee is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had in all my travels, let alone Townsville. Local, rustic, good atmosphere. The inside had an industrial aesthetic that was pulled off flawlessly, while simultaneously being productive to their work process. Everything i could ever want in a coffee. The staff knew what they were talking about, and carried themselves with a level of friendly professionalism I aspire to recreate in my own career. Extra shots and syrups are not charged extra, and all coffees Ive ordered thus far have come with a complimentary Tim Tam. Everything about my experience has been pleasant, and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve already recommended the place to my friends, but I honestly implore any coffee lover to give bounce a visit. If it were closer to where I work and live, I have no doubt I’d be a regular.

Best coffee in Townsville whether buying a take away coffee (with your own cup of course) or beans for the home cannot recommend Bounce coffee highly enough.

I started visiting Bounce Coffee two years ago and it has come a long way. Coffee has always been great but recently I have noticed the staff at the coffee bar seem happier to be there. I am leaving town soon and will be sad to go, I wish the lovely staff had name tags so I could mention them by name. The new lady with the long black pony tail and the lovely new gentlemen make me feel very welcome there. I will definitely be keeping myself updated on Bounce’s renovations. Highly recommend this place.

Had one of their coffees this morning whilst being back in Townsville…the taste was fantastic - best coffee I’ve had by far…hands down winner over any others out there!

Great coffee with a very good selection of different beans. It would be great if they had a few more places to sit and enjoy their coffee.

I have been fortunate to experience some of the best Coffee in the world, from mainstream Italy coffee shops to corner Columbia coffee. Bounce Coffee here in Townsville is up there with them.

So love the coffee no trouble there. BUT ask for tiolet this morning young lady behind the counter looked apprehensive. She took me out to the ladies there was 2 large dogs on the property's yard. One dog walk towards us and the young girl said be nice. I love gogs but knew that she was nervous so made me nervous. I asked are then going to have a problem with me on the way back. Hesitantly she answer "no should be ok or words to that effect" after exciting the tiolet the dog looked at me started to bare its teeth was growling at me, then barking coming towards me. I screamed then stood perfectly still. The young lady came running out says to the fog be nice. I was shaking and upset. She never came over to see how i was or ask if she could get me anything. Or ask if i was ok. Then the dogs continued to bark the rest of the time we were there. As i say great coffee but bad experience.

Love coming to this place every weekend for my weekly fix OF YOUR COFFEE.its so awesome to see all the lovely workers' faces when i walk in ha ha ha ha.i think the young man named ethan is their best employee.very good at his job.

Great discovery - WiFi, strong coffee, and a sofa. Stay for a while to smell the roasting beans.
