Born to Dance

My daughters have attended Born to Dance for ten years and it is truly the best dance school. The standard of dance is exceptional, and the teachers are not only highly skilled but also caring and nurturing. My girls feel as though they are part of a wonderful family and look forward to each and every class. Born to Dance is organised and professional, and students and parents alike are cared for and made feel valued. My family look forward to every viewing day, and all the concerts and special occasions where they can see my daughters perform with their friends. The joy on their faces says it all!

My kids have been involved with a number of dance schools over the years and I can honestly say Born to Dance is the hands down stand out amongst them all. The Teachers are professional and caring, communication is excellent, classes greatly enjoyed and the calibre of dancers the studio produces is exceptionally high. From littlies through to seniors - very highly recommended!

Such an organised professional dance group. My daughter has been here for 6 months now and loving it. My daughter has made some new friends and loves her teachers. I love that we get to have a viewing each term to see the progress the class is making. I cant wait for the end of year concert. Highly recommend this dance group.

Wonderful dance studio with excellent values and teachers! Highly recommend for any age child!

If you are looking for somewhere for your child to build their self esteem, self confidence and make friends this is not the place to go.

After my daughter was aggressively pulled out of the dance studio during class for crying and “disrupting the class with her crying” I will never bring my child back here. In my experience this is not a safe place for young children’s emotional or mental health. Parents aren’t allowed in at all not even in the waiting area it’s for dancers only and you have to wait outside standing on the driveway the whole time. My daughter and I both left this place embarrassed and in tears.

Superbly organised, nurturing dance school. Owner director is hands on and is equally caring and great at enhancing everyone's skill, from beginner to advanced. Her high level of involvement, technique and experience on the creative side and running the day to day stuff efficiently makes it great for everyone. After a few moves and therefore being at different dance schools, I wish my daughter would have been at BTD from the very start as her previous schools were either family run but frustratingly disorganised or staff impersonal while owners focusing on bookkeeping and marketing or keeping another day job or overdoing it with their "star student". BTD has none of that!
