Well priced vs the one st redbank plains. The owner seems to be a really nice fella and loves a quick chat!

Horrible service, girl couldn't work the register had to keep asking someone else, made the completely wrong drink which has ended me up in the toilet (reason I ordered the dairy free one) also didn't acknowledge that my card didn't actually scan so missed out on my double points for my multiple orders that day, staff were extremely rude here at the Mt Ommaney one, will never buy from there again rather miss out and goto my regular Orion or plaza stores that have lovely staff

My husband ordered before 4pm today had to wait for me to bring his wallet from coles as his phone wasn’t working The owner / manager (older male) clearly didn’t want to wait and asked how far away I was my husband told him she is walking from coles. He turned his back and stormed off. Customer service clearly not good $15 order down

Extremely rude and unwelcoming service. The old guy before taking my partners order looked at her blankly and said he was “f**king waiting” for her.

I ordered my favourite drink Passion Mango and they put too much ice or something to drown out the sweetness. It was too revolting to drink and now I feel sick in the stomach. I had to toss the drink out.

Have tried to call for nearly a week on and off through out the day and they DONT EVER answer a phone.

What's the point of having a contact number if they can't answer the phone.

The staff are friendly and quick, particularly Jason who has always been friendly and courteous.

Unfortunately always closed or closing when i pop in for the after school run they're shut and not serving 4.30 on the dot regardless of weather theres customers around or not.
Owners must have to much money they dont seem to want customers

The service was really fast even if therevwas a lot of people in line. Good place to go to have a quick meal.

Just second visit but that’s enough for me ordered three drinks paid for all on one card so doing separate transactions wouldn’t be the reason for such sour lemon treatment! No smiles no interaction drinks were just past to me no thank you & I even had to ask for a bag to carry the drinks!

I should of just brought a orange juice at the Woolworths next door!

The two young ladies who served my boyfriend and I were amazing and charming, fun and energetic. Great place to go to and amazing energy! Great BOOST AMBASSADORS!

Bad attitude from the Manager. Lovely younger staff and their service. Manager is racist and rude. No very hygienic. Does not follow with the franchise food handling requirements. The manager could learn about customer service from his younger staff members.

Yum! One staff worked the front while two just chatted with another customer though unfortunately.
