8This is a great store. It has everything you know bond's makes and then so much other stuff that I didn't know bond's makes. Great staff, the young lady that helped me and then served me was amazing and very patient. Thank you very much. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. 3 stars because the change room was closed today because they were short staffed. Had to purchase the bra and try it on in the bathrooms and then do an exchange for correct size.
Most of the clothing are not very reasonably priced. Not a lot of clothes are on sale given its an outlet store. The retail stores, coles & woolies are better priced for bonds clothing
Good range but once again can't try bras on because the fitting rooms are closed as a precaution due to Covid. While I am all for reducing the spread of Covid, surely with the large number of staff you have working there at one time, someone could wipe the door handles in the fitting rooms after each customer? You are allowing customers to enter, browse and touch everything freely but not go into a room and try the item on? Makes little sense what the difference is. Seems like laziness more than anything. All other store fitting rooms in DFO were open today.
It's okay. I like bonds because of the certain timeless items they have. But prices are still too high for a brad on basics in a "factory outlet" shopping precinct. I could get the same prices at my local shops so not really worth visit DFO Bonds in the premises sorry. Meh.
Was sent the wrong item from this branch, stated by the salesperson that is was exactly as requested. The item was not even close.
