Popped in yesterday again for just a handful of aluminium rivnuts. As always the team are super helpful and knowledgeable. It doesn't matter if you need one item or a box with 100s they have what you need. I agree with the lady who also left a review. As a woman it is nice to be taken seriously and not treated condescendingly. Will always go there (or the Salisbury store) to get what I need!

You bring in a sample: guy goes to the back and emerges a minute later with exactly what you need. Couldn't be simpler.

Went Into the store looking for a couple of bolts for my car but didn't have the spec just pictures and one of their team members were able to help me out and the bolts were on the house, got home and the bolts threaded in perfectly.
