First time customer, purchased 2 cast iron hand wheels, great service, very happy with the products supplied, well priced, would highly recommend.

Staff have always been fantastic even though I'm not buying huge quantities of product. Way cheaper than buying from big box stores. Have a small range of tools and accessories as well.

The young girl at front counter with long black hair sevice needs to lose her ego or attitude cause it only takes a person with an iq of 15 to replace her

Every time I visit Bolts & Industrial Supplies, every single staff member has been fabulous - knowledgeable, pleasant, very helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I wish all shops were as nice as Bolts & Industrial. On this visit, Aleyna was sensational!

I found a gap in the supply of stainless steel bolts. I required a size bolt for a structure i am building and it wasn't available so i ordered in the next length up and was prepared to cut them all down to tue size i required and fit them with dome head nuts. But the bolts that arrived didn't come with enough thread to be cut down and used in my application. Now this may not be the fault of the store but it remains within their power to do something about it and i wonder if they'd run across this before and had chosen not to write their suppliers about it. My guess is yes (on law of averages) and so i'm displeased. Wholesalers and manufacturers of building materials seem to only to wish to fulfill the needs of the majority lately and, in doing so, effectively limit the shape of our creations. Vendors can effect change in this by communicating any shortcomings they encounter instead of looking blankly across the counter at me. Bolts Industrial have never let me down before

I had an unusual job and unconventional request for his products, and he gladly took the time and effort to help me out with my specific problem.

Can't beat experience, not like some other places where I received a blank stare with the request for a special size screw, Barry knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out the shop in minutes. Great job, thanks Barry!

Really appreciated the customer service and kind assistance provided by the staff. In fact they were all very friendly and eager to help. I think that there was really good service and kind assistance from gentleman called Barry. Good on him, hope his boss knows that he does wonderful job.

The staff are friendly and super helpful, especially if you have mystery bolts/nuts that you need to identify/replace. Feel almost guilty taking up 15-20 mins of their time when you end up eftpos-ing like $3 for a handful of nuts and bolts.
One weird quirk I've noticed, web orders cost (sometimes substantially) more than just purchase at the counter.

Greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff both times I've been here. I've been to competitors such as Bunnings but have found they don't stock the bolts I need. A great local place for standard and specialty nuts and bolts.

This place is awesome, i'm "that guy" who turns up with a handful of odd obscure bolts off my car, not knowing what they are etc. The customer service i received from the young lady was second to none, nothing was an issue and she called around other branches to locate what i needed. Fantastic service thank you

What an excellent shop! The staff are very knowledgeable and patient. I was able to find what I needed after being told in a couple of other shops that I should order online from the States. Very happy.

I have used Industrial Nuts and Bolts for many years and I have always found their services and willingness to help to be excellent. They are always there to help you find what you need and go out of their way to help and to find the best solution. Their prices are also very good. I highly recommend.

My first choice for all bolts / fasteners for my projects. The staff at my local branch at Salisbury are friendly and knowledgeable (even though I am usually only making small purchases for the home workshop). Prices are and quality of the fasteners are both fantastic.

Great store located in the heart of the industrial area of Penrith. Had everything I wanted and was quick to get in an item that wasn't currently in stock.
