This is my kinda gym boutique style has one of the best ratings u will find in a gym ️ It’s modern very well kept and has the latest up to date equipment.
There r different memberships available with a PT or a program can be done to help u on your own
Victor the owner is also a Pt trainer and is always happy to help
There is an infrared sauna and Beauty bar with massage and facials ect coffee machine drinks r available to buy
Showers Towels r complimentary whilst in the gym.
We have a nice mix of people ladies men and younger gen
parking underneath
The gym is a great fit for my lifestyle I feel very comfortable and confident working out here and can highly recommend bodytemplegc as a great gym and lifestyle choice
