Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Wonderful venue for couples or families.
We were particularly well looked after when celebrating my parent's 70th wedding anniversary. With a large party of interstate and local attendees, our waitress Ashleigh ensured everything ran exceptionally smoothly. Everyone was incredibly pleased and happy with the venue, food and service. My parents who are regular customers at the tavern were so happy they chose the Tavern to celebrate with their family.

Hi we had a great experience at the BW Tavern friendly staff, great food and ambience lovely on the balcony! GQ

They were preparing for a movie, the following day on the deck, so the entire area was lush with greenery, which was absolutely beautiful.

The staff are very friendly and prompt with service.
The food, well what can we say, it was out of this world, perfectly cooked the way we liked it.
They were of great size meal's.even the kids meal's are generous sizes.
This was only our second time visiting, but we would highly recommend this place again, and we will certainly be returning for yet another meal with family.
Great job all round, it's lovely to know we can go somewhere where the atmosphere is great and the food is 10/10 every time.

Asked what the cocktail was being served to another customer as it looked remotely drinkable, girl behind the bar thought i was hitting on her (despite my wife being stood next to me), and was incredibly rude, seems the staff have an over inflated opinion of themselves! Food less than palatable too, won’t be returning!

We had our work Christmas party there on the decking by the water. Lovely setting, Christopher was fantastic who looked after us, and there were plenty of vegan food on offer also for us vegans, and of course the meats and cheeses were lovely for everyone else. Thank you

Great service, well priced food and drinks. The calamari is a lovely starter and cocktails are well done. When we can dance again, the love music is a great draw card.

I attended the Melbourne Cup lunch and we had a great time. I could not fault the organisation of the venue on the day. The tables looked amazing, the food was great, the drinks were plentiful and the wait staff were sensational. Fashions on the Field, well? I don't think they were chosen very well. Nevertheless, a great day was had by us all.

Nice food had the mezz plate and Turkish bread to share with coconut prawns and chicken skewers. The mains were OK. Chicken schnitzel, guiness pie and steak. Was a little noisy. But friendly service

The service is absolutely AMAZING so much so we left a tip!

What a great venue. The refurb is fresh and classy. But the standout is the food and staff in the restaurant. We had a large group and everyone loved their food and welcome from the staff. The only improvement would be to add Australian savignon blancs to the wine list as we are not lover's of NZ wines.
