Purchased a few products through Boardcave and all came very quickly - when I couldn't find a product that suited my needs, they went above and beyond to find a solution for me that I was happy with. I will definitely be using Boardcave again!

Great service.incredibly fast postage. Ordered a new steamer Monday.surfed in it on friday in Vicco.

They were really friendly and I was able to buy a surfboard at a really low price. It was delivered close to my accommodation. I think this is the best place to buy a board in Golco.

I've been riding a 6'6 JS Monsta box for 4 year's prior to buying the Simon mollusc robo. Up until then I thought it was the best board I've ever had. The Simon blew my mind at how well it goes. Paddles well, super fast on the face and turns easily. Love it

Plenty of options and a good team to support with any questions. The website is setup well also making for a good experience.

Obviously there are hold ups with Covid but when I ordered my boards, I was given a lead time of 8-12 weeks. It has taken 5+ months and I’m still waiting. I am in NZ and tracking has shown they’re finally in customs at the moment. If the $450 shipping fee from boardcave isn’t enough, I’ve now been slapped an additional $350 NZ gst on top. I would seriously consider a different option if buying from outside Australia.

Very straightforward ordering system and clear on any shipping fees. Could be a bit more detailed on the product, i had to do a bit of research elsewhere to understand where it came from and who made it.

A really good store, definitely recommend buying from here. I have a great board that I ride practically everyday. Reasonable price, just perfect

I ve been living in Australia for many years. I know Boardcave well but i ve never purchased a board from (just because i ve got used to go straight to selected shapers factories).

However, since i ve left the country i m using this website a lot to check out surfboards models, find out information about them and shapers, help choosing the right dimensions for me and/or advising some friends too, by using the detailed Board Engine.
I find it very useful and precise. Definitely a well made website.

Considering that where i leave now its hard to get good quality surfboards, I wish one day to be able to purchase a board from them.

I ordered an Album Surfboard the 6 of November and just last week Boardcave told me that the did it in PU instead of EPS and that they require another 3 weeks (I was waiting over 20 weeks for my surfboard) to complete my board.

I like to idea of getting a custom shaped board but it is not worth the wait and if I wouldn't have asked about my board they would have never get in contact with me first.

At the end I cancelled my order, bought a board on stock from Chilli Surfboards and got a $50 voucher and a Boardcave shirt. Not happy with the service from Album Surfboard or Boardcave at the end.

I am sorry to say but I don't recommend them!

Best range of boards and information online. The volume calculator is awesome for getting the dims right for you.

Website was super helpful in finding the perfect board for me. Great selection of boards for all sizes and abilities. Would definitely reccomend to anyone.
