BMS Mitre 10

A great alternative to bunnings, stocks many different products you won't find at bunnings, often higher quality too. Staff are very helpful, I highly recommend.

Best hardware experience I have ever had. Since moving here 12 months ago I shopped at bunnings. The service there is terrible. I switched to mitre 10 Ruthven street, best decision ever. The staff are always on hand to help and go above and beyond. I will never shop anywhere else from now on. Well done to the staff.

Customer service is excellent everytime I go there for stuff the staff direct you and take you to where your stuff is and have always answered all questions. Alot better than there opposition.

Located Ruthven Street near the Mills Precinct. Has a good range of products. Staff are very helpful. Plenty of off-street parking.

I called ahead and held an item at a great price. First time I have been here and the lady on the phone was great. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by her and she quickly put me through and gave me pick up directions. It was busy at the pick up area and two friendly blokes helped get my item and load it. The only down side was the cranky forklift driver telling me I parked in the way. He could see how busy it was and could have been nicer about it in my opinion.

First rate hardware store. If you are a tradie or you just want to repaint a room any of the local Mitre 10 stores can help you out with a wide range of hardware items and excellent advice.

I went to mitre ten for the first time I was surprised how big there store is the staff are friendly and helpful they have so much to look at they have everything for everyone needs I give them a five star rating it is a store I would go back to and it is fantastic they have got there own parking area maryellen

This store is across the road from Bunnings however despite there were a lot of people in the store and the staff were most helpful.

BMS Mitre 10 sell somethings that Bunnings DON'T sell, and vice versa. So they probably complement each other.

Haven't been instore but seriously if I can't see what they have online why would I waste time and fuel driving to a store.

Honestly worst website to try and navigate to find products. No comparison to the mighty bunnings love the website there can actually search and find products.

Mighty helpful? Mite as well not wast my time next time.
