The staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is set out really well and is clean and airy.

Had to buy a few little things, the store workers were so personal and helpful, bent over backwards to accommodate, discuss options and order. Old fashioned personal shopping experience, rate but so valuable, be back soon.

Very helpful staff and plenty of them.
Know what they are about. They stock heaps of items that Bunnings don't stock and are all trade quality. You are not running around trying to find someone either.

Always mostly go to BMS as it is close to where we live the service there is always excellant, their is always someone waiting at the entry with a smile willing to help you with anything you may require. If they can't provided you with what you need they will try & point you in the right direction as to who else may provide it. The service gentlemen at door are beyond reproach couldn't wish for better service, Thanks Guys

Was in the store today and saw one of the head staff members yelling and belittling a new staff member in front of customers and other workers. Will not likely return if that is the environment and how the workers are treated.

Mitre 10 they always know their stuff and very helpful if they don't know they get someone who does and the price is right.

We recently moved to Toowoomba and BMS Carrington road being close decided to purchase from them. They have now made three (3) stuff ups. Last one they delivered building materials to our residence on behalf of the builder. No calling first just left it on the driveway and on the front lawn even though the were told to leave at the back on the job site. Very disappointed.

Every time I enter this store I am always approached by a team member asking if I need a hand and where I work customer service is no 1. Always find what I need and find it cheaper than there opposition. Thanks guys

I think I encountered a newbie today, but usually staff know their stock well and offer relevant guidance. Always friendly.

These guys have a good range of products nowadays, and by having 3 stores in town you can generally shop which ever side of town you come from

Staff seem a little disinterested in helping out. It's also a bit difficult to walk through the trade section when you just want to look at your options. Ok if you know exactly what you want.

What a great place it's got the lot, what ever u need and not badly priced too highly recommend:) oh and the staff there so helpful
