The movie was paused for 2 customers. Not ideal. Offer sent out to members not honored when you get there. Doubt if I'd recommend them to anyone.

Staff very friendly with the temperature of the cinemas being comfortably warm and the seats, pillows and footrests very comfy too

Every time i try to contact the Blueroom via telephone, no one seems to answer the phone. Even when I called as soon as they open at 9.30am i get the same automated message saying that they are experiencing lots of calls and they can't take my call right now. Very frustrating and not a good look. This isn't the first time it has happened.

Upmarket, intimate theatre experience. Comfortable seating and a good viewing environment. Friendly, helpful staff with excellent service. Highly recommend the online ticket, food and drink package offer. Very good value.

The screens are small, the chairs aren't particularly comfortable, my meal came out in the list 15min of the movie, and an ordered drink never arrived. I won't be in a rush to go back.

Boutique cinema in a wonderful area. Prices good and atmosphere is relaxing while putting up feet to watch movie.

Yummy food and the movie experience is great, although one time there were some very irritating soccer mums or something and they sounded like a flock of pigeons.someone yelled at them to shut up, and they did hahaha.

A great place to go watch a new movie. Especially the open captions sessions that they have.
No problem to small that they cannot fix. Great service and very friendly staff. My definite go to cinema in South East Queensland.

Best place for relaxation with a good movie. I prefer smaller size cinemas, and this was what I was looking for!
The shortage of staff was a downside of it, so allow a little bit more time to be served as long as you’re not in a hurry.

Lovely spacious theater, lots of leg room. They serve drinks and food (that you order before the movie) to you in the theater. Pretty crowded and a little chaotic in the foyer area when we went on a Sunday.

Awesome place! Pretty good food on the most part - the pizzas are amazing. I hated going to the cinema before I found this little gem. Oh and love their new app, being able to order from your phone while you're in the movie = genius.

Love this place. Intimate cinema setting, the food is always top notch and there's a good selection of drinks.

Clean and comfortable to watch movies. The service is exquisite:) You can get them to bring you food at specific times during the movie which is awesome.

Husband and I have been here many times. It’s always a busy place, but the service is wonderful and the quality of the theatre, food and drinks makes the trip worth it. Clean, comfortable and delicious!

Great way to see a movie.got the meal and drink package then sat back and relaxed. There was some confusion over the meals but eventually all worked out. Very enjoyable.

Amazing cinema experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the seating is very comfortable and the food (which is conveniently delivered at your seat) is excellent. Definitely recommend coming here if you want a great cinema experience that you will not regret, not matter what movie you are seeing.
