Terrible gym experience with unfriendly staff, evident lack of member care, and a focus solely on financial gain. Strongly advise steering clear of this place.

One of the best center on the coast. Nice and clean swimming pools, open air gym and huge sauna. Сourteous and caring staff. Thank you for this center.

Best gym on the Gold Coast. Great facility, well looked after. Service is impeccable. Always friendly with a smile. I’ve been to a lot of Gyms on the coast and Management should be proud of the work they have done. Special shout out to Matt from Sales and PT Phil.

Like to know who put the stupid rule that casual (non members) can’t swim between 8-4pm due to no life guard?
What’s difference between casual and members needing a lifeguard? ! Most dumbest rule I’ve heard to date.

So happy I joined here. Amazing instructors, huge range of group fitness classes, good atmosphere, outdoor feel workout gym, heated outdoor pools, just amazingly facilities. The sauna and spa in the members changing rooms is perfect after an intense workout. Only down fall is the weekend hours are too short.

Very dodgy, would not suggest signing up with them unless you enjoy overpaying, being ripped off and poor service. Gym has been upgraded, but is still subpar, gym staff are not friendly or helpful. Change rooms stink. The one nice thing is most of the staff at the entrance are nice most of the time.

Best gym on the GC. Staff are so friendly. Outdoor gym is fab, indoor pool great for doing laps or attending aquafit classes. So happy to find this gem on the GC

I have been a member of GCPC for many years - in fact you could say we have grown older together! There is much that is positive about the Centre but the concern I have had for some time now is that the range of classes that are suitable for older members is very small. I have no figures but from observation I would guess that there is quite a large older membership and I do think that the Centre could provide considerably more classes that are within the ability of older members and that would encourage them to keep exercising.

Friendly and professional with all new equipment in the gym. Good to see my PT back well again also!

This place everything you need such as gym, yoga.the cafe has a play area for children if they become a member so parents can have some time out.my 3 yr old has swimming lessons there and absolutely loves every moment i would recommend to any parent looking for swimming lessons

This place has everything you need if you love sports.soccer, swimming, track, a gym! What more could you want. Well maintained. Makes you feel good!

Incredible facilities, the gym has just been redone (they are always keeping it up to date) membership prices are very fair. They even have fitness passport which is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need in a gym (gym, group classes, 2x pools, track and field, sauna and spa). I've been to a lot of gyms on the Old Coast and this one is by far the best.

Great facilities. Just been refurbished. Very reasonable fees. Helpful staff. I use the facilities and classes at least 3 times per week. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing party. The Centre is very accommodating specially with my son's needs as he is Deeply autistic.the child care attendant was super friendly, helpful and patient with the kids and adults. I loved it! Everyone has a very good time and the feedback I was given by the guests was that this place was a world class location to hold parties:)

I held my daughters 5th Birthday party at KidsZone and had a great experience. Heidi was there to assist on the day and was absolutely brilliant! From start to finish all the staff have been excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend KidsZone to anyone wanting a venue for a children’s party.

We recently attended the Australian Gateball Championships at the Gold Coast Performance Centre and stayed at the accomodation too. Natalie and all the staff were fantastic. Everyone including reception, security, event management and groundskeepers could not do enough to help us. The accomodation was fantastic, clean, close to the event and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Today i went to freestyle spin and i almost fainted because there is no air in that tiny room.i asked before if the door can be kept open but no luck. I guess they are Just waiting for someone to colapse on the floor before they take action
