Cut my ham on Christmas Day.
Had it as a part of our extended family Christmas lunch.
Everyone agreed it was outstanding.
The meat is really "sweet". Hard to describe a ham as sweet but that is how it tastes to me.
I'm so pleased I went with Blackall Street butchers instead of one of the supermarket or other mass produced hams.
My only regret is I only ordered a half ham. It's so nice I'm sure we could have managed to deal with a full ham.

Great going to a local butcher who can point out to every cut of meat on display and tell you where it's from and what farm it's locally sourced. Combined with great service. Great stuff in here, bought a big hunk of topside to feed 12 people and everyone agreed it was excellent. Lots of intesting prepared packs as well.

Grabbed some rib eye on the bone on the weekend the quality was great. First time I’ve been there but will definitely be back.

Best meat in the swish, you owe it to yourself to buy here, don't go to the supermarkets when the best quality is right here at this shop you'll find the staff very helpful. Come on lets support this family business before its too late.

Yes it might costed more. But what u pay for in price is what u get.
The scotch fillet steak would be the best I have cooked in my 35 years as a Chef.
The T Bone steak was also tender and BLOODY beautiful and so juicy and very tender.

Great little local butchery. Friendly staff, great prices and a nice range of produce. Definitely try their wood smoked bacon and sausages (we're totally hooked on them!)
