I have trained here for 10 years and still going into my 50's. The club and instructors are fantastic and they cater for everyone. I have learned so much over the time and it's like a 2nd home. Very family friendly atmosphere and very welcoming to new students to be able to train and learn in a safe environment. Facilities are 2nd to none.

I have been training in Martial Arts for the whole of my adult life. I cannot recommend training with BDK more. The whole instructor team and professional and knowledgeable beyond their time.

I have trained Martial Arts for nearly 30 years, and Geordie by far is the best I’ve ever trained under. Amazing coach, so helpful and wants to see his students excel and improve.

I have been traumatized by this place, I've seen Sean literally get in a client face as if he's about to hit them. I've been injured and seen people get injured and he would say "it's fine". Sean matey not everyone is going for a world title! (Sean's fight record is 50/50 win rate, which isn't quite impressive)

This place is amazing and well set up. The people are super helpful and experience and friendly. I highly recommend for all age groups.
