So far we've used Black Dog for one cinamatic short two day shoot and for a wedding. Easy to use and good quality gear.

They dont answer simple enquiries on Facebook about an item on their website. Totally ignored me twice. Ended up doing a large amount of business elsewhere. I wouldn't waste my time with this mob. Unless you like to be ignored!

I don't often write reviews. But these guys definitely deserve it. They are outstanding with everything, customer service 10 out of 10. Can't recommend highly enough.

The guys made me feel so comfortable and were really helpful and took the time to explain it all to me. I just want to keep going back and trying out new lenses and pieces of equipment now. I hired an external flash for my camera overnight, and the gentleman who served me was very helpful. He was very accommodating to my level of knowledge and experience, and supplied me with the right equipment needed for what I was doing. I will definitely be back in the future!
