Would give zero stars if i could. Brought online me and my bridesmaids dresses for the wedding not sure how you can claim to have bridesmaids dresses and charge so much for a terrible quality dress also give no support when they’re faulty and stock takes MONTHS to come back in. We had to send them back multiple times and customer service was appalling they just wont reply anymore even though one of my bridesmaids still havent gotten the refund promised.
Just all round disappointing and terrible quality and service i would never recommend to buy from here online or otherwise. Especially if youre thinking of buying bridesmaids dresses!

Billy J is always my go-to for online shopping. Love everything I've ever purchased (alot). I find the quality to be top notch and now that I know what size I am in their styles, the fit is perfect every time!

Beautiful clothing, the store it’s self was amazing but I found the staff didn’t seem to want to help too much. I was looking for bridal dresses and due to lack of help in the change room I decided not to purchase from here. Staff were talking among themselves and I constantly had to come out and find a staff member. A dedicated change room staff member would have been ideal.

This was on a Thursday.

Went in looking for a dress for a wedding and no one greeted me or asked if they could help me despite it not being busy. I was trying to figure out who was staff to ask for help but there was no one near the checkout and no one that looked like they worked there. Really disappointing considering how lovely the dresses look online. I had to drive to the Plaza to buy a dress elsewhere.

PLEASE update your online store. I can't count how many times I just leave the site and go to another online store because nothing loads. Minutes of waiting and nothing loads. Yes I've tried my laptop and phone, changing to WiFi and data. It's definitely a slow site, no one wants to wait for pictures of clothes to load for minutes, and some never load. You are loosing sales

Had the absolute best experience here, the whole BillyJ team went out of their way to help myself and my three bridesmaids find bridesmaid dresses. Charlotte from customer service was quick to reply and asked what dresses and sizes we were interested in trying, and then organised for sample ones to be ready for us at the store, all we had to do was show up! The team in store were so friendly and welcoming they had everything set up for us, offered us chocolates and put on our preferred music. When we needed another size in one of the dresses the staff went down to the storage warehouse to check for the size and brought it back. The physical store is amazing, gorgeous, welcoming and it’s so easy to order online if you can’t find something in store. We ordered our dresses and they arrived in 2 days with free shipping! Cannot recommend this store enough, their clothes are high quality and beautiful and the staff are even more beautiful! Thank you for helping make buying my bridesmaid dresses such a special experience!

Beautiful clothes. Most staff were Very friendly; however one sales person who I think was a supervisor had really terrible customer service skills. She obviously felt she was more superior than every other person around her.
I wanted to buy a beautiful top, which was the last one left. She tried to get a stain off it, and made it much worse by rubbing it with a blue chux and spray. It’s pretty common knowledge that blue chux rubbed on wet white porous surfaces or material can stain it. And It Did! She said when it dries it will be fine. I went back to the store to have a look, that supervisor wouldn’t serve me, she was too busy standing beside the counter chatting away to another staff member. Eventually, I was served by a young girl who saw me waiting. The supervisor knew she had done damage, and didn’t bother to come over, she was obviously avoiding. It was very annoying. The young girl just have a look online. There wasn’t one online

I like to say Melissa at kawana Billy j, is very friendly and very attentive went I go in the store. Her customer service is amazing. I would recommend her to her anyone. She a beautiful person and great at her job. And Rebecca the manager is amazing as they’re beautiful term.

The clothes at Billy J are extremely high quality and are very well priced. However, I avoid going there as much as I’d like due to staff rarely acknowledging both myself and friends on several different occasions. Even when passing them in the store or when we came up to the counter they would continue to talk to each other which made us feel very disrespected

I love this store. The clothing at Billy j is so on trend and not generic like other clothing stores. The staff were so helpful and the quality excellent. I have shopped here many times now and even shopping their online store has been a great experience can’t recommend highly enough.
