6Not one to usually leave a review but a huge shout out to Leann at the pacific fair store, I’ve shopped there a few times and Leann has served me, every time she goes above and beyond helping my piece together outfits or find the stock in other stores and without a doubt has me laughing. She truly is an asset to your company, thanks for being a legend Leann!
American girl yelled “hi, welcome” from across the store and I smiled and said “hi” back. I noticed she said it a few more times in a passive aggressive tone and then realised she was speaking to me, implying that I hadn’t acknowledged her. I awkwardly replied “I said hi before, ” to which she pulled a face and didn’t say anything. A very weird and uncomfortable interaction.
Staff is friendly, premises is clean, clothing is expensive for what it is, used to be a premium product, but quality is not what it used to be.
Hi I am writing to share my experience I had in Billabong Pacific Fair on Friday.
It Was beyond exceptional. I was greeted by the friendliest employee (he had a beard and dark hair) He was so helpful by showing all the different styles in the print I liked and I felt went above and beyond to make my experience easier. I then went home and told my housemate of the great experience AND would you believe she knew exactly the employee
I was talking about as she had been there the week before and had also noticed how helpful and kind he was.
Now this is my first ever review so know that I don't just throw these around willy nilly I just genuinely thought this guy and the store deserved the mention 10/10 will shop again!
Love their clothes but the winter collection was a bit drab for my liking. Service was exceptional.
A funky Billabongshop in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. They stock men's and women's clothing, swimmers, beach wear, shoes and accessories. Their prices are reasonable and they have great specials every now and then. We purchased some t shirts from here last week, the staff were lovely and chatty and they provided great customer service.
