Sometimes the simple things get missed. The Men's TShirts, plain at $4.50 are cut really well and fit great. Hard to believe you can get something at this price that looks good and is good quality!

Manager with the Blue Hair treats her Staff like Dogs. She is very unprofessional & shouts at you in front of the other staff in Public.

Big W need to Train her to walk up to people & say what ever is on her mind instead of Yelling at the top of her voice in front of Customers & Staff.

Adrian from technology went above and beyond to help us find the right speaker for our motorhome thankyou for making our holiday wonderful

Nari on customer service was terrific a great employee.so great she has her uniform on easily spotted. The worse thing that Big W did was get rid of their uniforms.maybe think of it.

Adrian in the tech department is amazing. He helped us out with a phone for my 92 year old dad. He brought out a chair for him to sit down. He was just fantastic. The world needs more retail staff like him. He needs a pay increase too.

You could find everything under one roof. But, food selection is very limited. Very limited Asian food.

I was visiting this store with my 9 year old daughter, as we were leaving an old blonde lady working at the entrance/exit wanted to bag check me… she didn’t do this to anyone else. There were 2 other women leaving the store as we were, and she stepped in front of me to stop me and that she needed to check my bag. I looked at her and said “ok so just me? ” she knew how it looked and she knew she was just targeting me & said “oh they are already out” and tried to laugh it off. However it was incredibly obvious she wasn’t checking anyone else’s bags. I allowed her to check my bag, probably to her disappointment I wasn’t stealing, she must’ve seemed so sure to only check me. We normally visit big w Burleigh and have never, ever had my bag checked let alone only me and no one else. Yuck.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Kayla @ the party/balloon shop today mid-morning/lunch time…
This young lady was extremely under the pump & getting ambushed by so many shoppers all at once, including shoppers just wanting to utilise her as a check-out.
She was so well mannered & calm to every customer that came at her whilst also having to change a helium bottle.
When our turn she answered all our questions without hesitation, was extremely helpful & even prioritised my order, while I waited.
She is a real asset to your team & really deserves the recognition.
I will definitely be back & be recommending the BigW Robina party shop.

Great for all aspects of the house. They also stock a large range of toys and clothing for all ages. The store has been recently renovated and looks amazing. Used click and collect service and had no issues with the timing or the pickup. Highly recommended this service.

Went to collect my order and bought a few items too.
Very easy to navigate through the store and also self check out.

My friends and I made an appointment to go on vacation to Circle on Cavill this weekend. Arrived at the hotel and it was clean and spacious inside. We packed our bags and went shopping at BIG W Robina. It is located at 167-191 Robina Town Centre Dr, which is very convenient for transportation, with a large flow of people and a very lively atmosphere.

We were visiting friends at the Gold Coast and wanted Christmas gifts to give them. BIG W Robina was very handy to have around, especially during our very first visit at Robina Town Centre (RTC)

I already reviewed that RTC is a 5 Star shopping centre I have ever been in and Big W there is the ideal place for last minute shopping at reasonable prices.

Margo was a beautiful person so very helpful.
Nothing was to hard or to much trouble for her to help out a customer her patience was exceptional.
I do hope that most of your staff are like her as then shopping in your store would be a delight.

HORRIBLE. THEY ARE SO RUDE AT THIS STORE. ME AND MY FRIENDS WHERE IN THEIR TODAY AND THEY WHERE PATTING US DOWN AT THE EXIT. WHEN WE ASKED WHY THEY SAID PRIVATE REASONS SO RUDE DO NOT GO VERY OVER PRICED THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP US AT ALL AND NON STOP DIRTY LOOKS

Affordable for almost everything your family needs. They will price match also so it could be your one stop shop, just go online and show them at the counter the cheaper price for your item.

Nice big store. Big variety of products. Good prices. You can sometimes grab a bargain on their clearance items.

Very poor arrogant and ignorant behaviour from senior staff member of the electronics department felt unduly vilified by this man

Went to Big W Robina on the 24th Feb and purchased several items also hand controls for Nintendo Switch.
I did not have any idea what to get but wanted these as gifts. I'm a senior so it was pure joy to have Adrian serve me at the tech counter, he has a wonderful disposition, great customer service skills, he took the time to work out what my needs were and did not rush me. I sometimes do not stop at service counters as I've come across impatient staff in the past when shopping in general and as I get older it is really appreciated when someone takes the time to acknowledge me and assist me, so having Adrian's wonderful service was really enjoyable and made my shopping experience really great! I love shopping at Big W as they always have what I am looking for but it is so much more wonderful when I get fabulous service! Thank you Big W for having staff like Adrian, he made my shopping day.
