Rudest staff I've ever come across.simply asking where I'd find a product is met with an over the top sigh and an eye roll.surprised that the teen staff on weekends are more friendlier than the old ducks during the week.

Food was amazing; can cater to coeliac. Very popular so best to book and enjoy the view! High teas look amazing!

I have never had a problem at this place everyone is helpful and courteous and if you have a little problem they're more likely to retrieve the item for you or show you where it is. No problems with this shop

You have to check the website before you purchase, just so you know an item is the right price. In store Price check scanners rarely work. Shelf labeling is often wrong.

I had a great customer experience in Big W today. Christine, who was working in the change rooms, was so lovely and kind. Her energy was so uplifting and vibrant and it made my day just that little bit better. It was obvious that she genuinely cares about doing her job well.

Needed some bedding and linen, shopped around canelands, found Big W equal or better pricing and had a better range. They always have something no matter what you want. If you could only shop at one location this would be it.
